The book is a series of articles, step by steps on how to identify what is the strength and weaknesses of your department/company. This book also offers advice on how to discuss the strategy to your team, stakeholders, and testing them out.

If you want a definitive guide about strategy from the minds of the best thinkers in the field, this is the book I would recommend. The collection of articles gives you multiple ideas on what strategy you can set in place for your organization. It provides the latest and best advice available as of its publication.

Setting strategy is complex but so does its execution and implementation. You will learn the difference between the two here.

Asked to create a strategy for a business characterized by uncertainty and changes after leaving a stable industry, this book has an article for that.

Reading this book is like attending a class full of strategy gurus. It’s worth my time.

Like most Harvard Business Review guides this book on setting your strategy, is steeped with information for business leaders. It has a ton of information on how to make strategic decisions and be successful. A great book to have it on the shelf and go back to often. Highly recommended for mid-level managers who are ready to take the next step.

Helpful guide on setting strategy and helping with vision casting. I liked the examples that were shared. Worth checking out!

Strategy is one of my favorite topics, so I really enjoyed these articles. These articles give a good overview of the strategic process and how to communicate a strategy within a company. It was a great reminder for me to focus on strategy at work.
