This is a lovely children's book about sharing your "light" and your gifts with others, and making friends.

The art in this book is very well done and I enjoyed how intricate the cover was.

One by one all three friends had different visions and then it led them to go find the place.
Adding on to their journey, Kyron, one city child along with his other friends/team-mates tried the same crystal and their adventure began as well.

Kindness, friendship and light-heartedness all wrapped up in one.

Magic or not, the crystal helps the children to seek the light that makes them happy. They realized that the light comes from within them and that light is love, kindness, and much more. It helped them to become better persons, caring and showing each other kindness and love.

With personally drawn illustrations, this tender book teaches that love, independence, dreams, sharing, and friendship are inside each of us, if just look and let it shine. Great for readers of 2nd stage chapter books and those in counseling.

The book is about a crystal this girl finds and all of the magical powers it possesses. It takes all the children on magical journeys. I didn’t particularly like the story. It was a little far fetched for me. But I loved this paragraph towards the end of the book. “ The more they helped each other and cared for each other, the brighter the light inside them became.”. I love the message the book was trying to portray. The illustrations weren’t my favorite. My daughter thought they were a little blurry. I feel they need to be brighter.

Not a bad book at all. My older son had an easier time reading it on his own while my younger son loved the images. Overall I liked the story but I think it could have used some work from my point of view.

I really struggled with this book. I understand that it's for children but I couldn't quite place what children. The language, length and images would probably suit the average 7 or 8-year-old, That said the simplicity of the story and lack of character development is probably more suited to younger children.

I thought the plot was dull. I wasn't a fan of the characters and the ending was very weak. The odd couple of rhymes didn't flow well.

I'm all for fantasy stories but this one didn't bowl me over.

My daughter really enjoyed this book, she loved the art work. Her favourite pieces were when all three girls were mermaids, and the last fairy photo.

She liked that they taught the bully to join in, and that they went to space.

The pacing was great, and kept her attention well. There were enough photos to show her, without having to keep my phone turned her way the entire time.

I would definitely recommend this book to my friends! (My daughter is 7, and homeschooled. We read aloud a lot)

It's a good fantasy book. In this picture format type, children would definitely going to like it. This is the book which contains the creativity, imagination and transformation. How Alana got her first dream and then in her friendship with Mae and Samara, shared the crystal that had given her that dream. It's really good to read and Mishea did very well job to create fun and adventure for children. I enjoyed it. Very gripping story and the whole essence that evolved is that kindness, friendship and being social always helps. but I must say one has to pick this picture book if not for them to enjoy the for their child to have fun and amaze at few fantastical things.

This was a fun and engaging read! My only wish is that the book could been longer, and included a little bit of strife. I look forward to reading more books by this author.

What a delightful and beautiful book about the discovery of ones inner light. The illustration is so beautiful that it could stand on its own. I don't know what age group this book would be a good tale for, so let me say it will find the person that is ready for the message in the book. It is a very quick read, but I wish there was more. It's such a wonderful message and I kept thinking about the Nutcracker and how this story would look in another medium.

This book was such a cute book about children with a magic crystal that makes things in their dreams really happen. It leads them to the forest where awesome things happen to them with the magic stone. The illustrations in the book are beautiful.

I thought this was such a cute story. I love the idea of this book being about children's imagination and how a small crystal can turn into magic and all of the wildest dreams can come true. I also love the idea of friendship and how it can bring kids together. Plus the illustrations are absolutely stunning. I will highly recommend it to any child who loves faeries, mermaids, and magic.

Wow, this is the best children's book that I have ever read! I read this book with my daughter and we both really loved it. I highly recommend this wonderful, magical book! Both the story and the illustrations are amazing.

The book is about a little girl called Alana, who finds a glowing crystal and has a beautiful dream because of it. She shares the crystal with her friends, who also go on to have these beautiful dreams.. They then go on a magical adventure to recreate what they experienced in the dreams and along the way they make new friends, who they help. All of the children learn about magic, wonder, transformation, sharing, love and kindness.

This book reminded me of the awesome adventure books that I read in my childhood, by the author Enid Blyton.

The book was such a delightful read! The book had these lil girls who have a diamond which gave them dreams and pushed them towards the path of an adventure where they learn more about the diamond and its magical power. It was a sweet lil magical read but an insightful one at that! It was very short and very light hearted quick read. This book was provided to me by the publishers in exchange for an honest review for free.

Are there any girls who haven't pretended that the translucent colourful glass marbles are really crystals, with hidden magic powers? I use to go to lakes, and bring home pockets of broken smooth- edged glass and pretend they're treasures. My daughter loves to pretend more than anything in this world, as soon as I read the first chapter, and the crystal gave you magic power of dream anything you want to come true, her eyes widened.

The book covered a range of popular make- believe themes, fairies, mixing potions, mermaids, dragon and fairyland forest. The main message is, real magic already exists in each of us, and great satisfaction comes from sharing what we have with others.

The aesthetic of this book is very whimsical - bright colours, with lots of lights coming through, reminded me of stain- glass windows.

Alana finds a magic crystal that gives her a beautiful dream, which she lends to her friends who also have dreams. They then set out to recreate the magic with the aid of the crystal, but something like this was never meant to be kept all to themselves.

This is a lovely tale of friendship and caring for others through the power of sharing. I loved the magical illustrations, however the story didn’t keep me particularly engaged, and the characters could have done with a bit more development.

Overall, it may not have been the most enticing read, but it was very sweet and enjoyable.
