Beautiful book. Definitely something I will use on a daily basis. I love how it goes for an entire year, meaning I only have to think about purchasing one devotional for the entire year and don't have to think about making sure I am incorporating enough stuff all year long. I think I always feel al little guilty for not reading my Bible enough, so I rely on devotionals to guide me and help me meet with God. This devotional is pretty and easy to understand and encouraging. Definitely something people need for 2021~

I really love reading this devotional. Everyday there was something that I could use as motivation and guidance. It really helps with keeping your faith. I will definitely use and reread this in the coming years. This by far is one of my favorite devotionals.

Quiet Times with God Devotional has specific readings for each day in the year. I enjoy that these are quick reads that aren’t boring or monotonous. At the end of the devotional, Myers adds a summary that allows the reader to reflect on the day’s reading as well as associated Bible verses.

Wonderful, inspiring, and thought provoking. A great devotional to start your day or help you get through it. I'm a huge fan of Joyce Myer and her books never disappoint. Highly recommend. Thank you NetGalley for allowing me to review this in exchange for my honest opinion.

Simple and direct, yet relevant and encouraging - the included passages in this devotional are a great way to start your day with verses to reflect on and points to ponder. Perhaps a little vague in spots if you aren't familiar with Meyer's ideology/theology - you may think "well that's easy to say, but how?" Overall though, a worthwhile investment as it contains 365 readings to reorient your thoughts, stay hopeful, and be encouraged!

I have learned so much from so little of this book that I could not stop reading. Every devotional I have read in this book was like a breath of fresh air and a sign of hope that everything will be alright no matter the circumstances. There is a devotional for a bad day, dealing with a toxic person, loving yourself as well as not being ahead of God. We all have to remember that whatever is meant to be...will be and trust in the process. This book definitely will help get through every day and make it your best day.

We will consider adding this title to our Self- Help collection at our library. That is why we give this book 5 stars.

Joyce Meyers is one of my favorite Christian ministers. I love all of her devotionals but this one is one of my favorites so far! There is a devotional for each day of the year in this book & the ones I have read for the "assigned" days have spoken to me. She also speaks from her own experiences & her past life in particular with her parents and her husband. She has a tremendous way of telling stories and speaking to your heart. One of the best!!!

Quiet Times with God Devotional by Joyce Meyer is outstanding. A fresh start for every day. It’s a daily guide of a collection of devotionals that are based on scripture. Joyce Meyers has such a gift from God. She gives practical advice and offers positive encouragement for our everyday lives.

I highly recommend this devotional book to do as a daily standalone or along with other daily devotionals. I think this one would compliment many others. So thankful that Joyce Meyers continues to write such awesomeness. Just what my heart and soul needed.

Have been implementing Joyce's devotionals for a number of years. This one will be used very often for extra God moments thru my day. Her writings are always on point and based on Scripture. Highly recommended for daily reflection as well as with rotation with other devotionals.

This devotional will be a useful daily guide for busy lives and offers encouragement for a deeper relationship with God.

Meyer is one of my favorite inspirational motivation authors. This book is a great way to get a dose of her positive encouragement every day. I really like how Meyer emphasizes looking for the good in every day. She advises we start each day with a positive attitude, with open eyes, waiting to see how God is going to surprise us that day. And even when we don't understand what God is doing, Meyer encourages us to trust God.

What I especially like about Meyer is that she is so practical. She has a devotion on the armor of God, for example, with the next devotion on how to put it on and the kinds of daily decisions we need to make.

These devotions are not nice, sweet stories. Meyer deals with our everyday issues. She has a devotion on forgiving when we have been betrayed by another, for example. She highlights the importance of forgiveness by reminding us how our life and our ability to enjoy God will be diminished if we do not. Meyer is realistic and honest. In her devotion about hearing God, she admits she hasn't always heard perfectly.

This is a great collection of devotions for readers who need positive encouragement when life seems too much, when you want to give up. You'll get biblical admonishment and encouragement every day. God says His mercies are new every morning. These devotions will give you a fresh start every day. As Meyer says, “Your past is not your destiny.”
