Witt paints a bleak world. The characters are well written and the plot moves quickly. I look forward the Witt's next novel.

This is a unique story, and the book overall was good, not great. The characters and setting were interesting, and the plot was mostly engaging. I'm not a fan of a cliffhanger ending, which lower my rating.
