I must firstly apologise for the amount of time it has taken me to provide a review of this book, my health was rather bad for quite some time, something that had me in hospital on numerous occasions and simply didnt leave me with the time I once had to do what I love most.

Unfortunately that does mean I have missed the archive date for many of these books, so It would feel unjust throwing any review together without being able to pay attention to each novel properly.

However, I am now back to reading as before and look forward to sharing my honest reviews as always going forward. I thank you f0r the patience and understanding throughout x

I love my suspense thrillers dark and disturbing, and Until We Are Lost is full of twists and turns. A fast paced, twin story that certainly will not disappoint.

I love dark fiction and horror, the darker the better but the dark themes and plot came out of no where and it wasn't needed for this book. I was left mostly confused

Three stars because I really enjoyed this book up until about the 50% mark. Then it went from interesting psychological thriller to something else entirely.

This was such a shame as there was enough there to carry the story through. It didn't need any of the Brandon storyline at all. It just felt like too much and that storyline didn't interest me at all and wasn't anything like the book I had been reading before. I wanted that to play out properly.

Interesting concepts and liked the Tara and Sophie dynamic. It is very dark throughout though with lots of disturbing subject matters.

I have mixed feeling about this book-maybe because it was so disturbing and not my usual type of storyline that I read and enjoy. Don’t get me wrong, I like a good psychological mind bending book and this story is just that. The end, finally, comes together nicely except one detail-maybe I missed something. I was not expecting the story end as it did. To me, the details were too drawn out to a point I just had to put it down to take a break so only 4 stars. If you have the time and like deep, sexual, excessive details this might be for you.

This one wasn’t for me. I found it to be to dark. I wanted to love it, but I couldn’t with certain triggers.

I enjoyed Tara's character in this book. This book has a slow beginning. But overall this book is pretty good, it is 3 star read in my opinion. This book is in stores for $24.95 (USD).

I have no idea what happened but I just couldn’t keep reading after the first quarter . I tried but I couldn’t get my head around the story and these characters.

I am sorry to say that after two attempts, I just could not finish this book. I was so intrigued by the synopsis. Maybe there was just too much going on, or maybe I just didnt' like the main character, I'm not sure, but I definitely know that after trying twice and not being able to finish it, it just wasn't for me. I have read several thrillers this year with a similar plot, so maybe that is what it was. I will definitely check out more of the author's work in the future, however.

I DNF this book.... I just found it too predictable and not enough suspense. I found the book should have had more twists that we didn't see coming!

Unfortunately it took me a long time to finish this book and it really just wasn’t my cup of tea.

I found this book very easy to read and I liked that I was able to follow the authors writing, which helps with a book that is supposed to be confusing in some aspects, but while I was kept guessing through the story I wasn't left annoyed or confused because of how it was written which was a big plus for me.

The story itself for me was a very middle ground, but still enjoyable to read and I think it is a good thriller for those who enjoy the genre and a more twisty within their thrillers as well.

Also, I did enjoy how the book handles topics of childhood trauma and the effects they have on adulthood, even if at times I wished the author went more in-depth.

This was a fast-paced thrilling story where Sophie was missing and Tara had to traverse through the city to find her. Along with that, there were a few memories she had blocked, which needed to be released from the darkness of her mind. But things happened which made her question everything including the darkness pervading her.
I loved the comfort of the thriller while kind of guessing what would happen. The story was interesting, in most parts and I enjoyed being kept on the edge of the seat even while predicting some twists.

This one totally caught me off guard. I read it in one sitting, I could not tear my eyes away from the pages. The author weaves together such an intricate and realistic story, handling tough issues with such care. It had all the right twists and turns, while still feeling raw and real.

What a ride! I had no idea what to expect when I picked this one up but WOW. defied all of my expectations over here.

This is the first Leslie Archer book I’ve read and I have to say this book has certainly made me a huge fan. A twisted tale of Tara’s search for her twin sister who disappeared, but as you delve deeper you learn of Tara’s tumultuous childhood and the secrets she keeps. This story has it all…abuse, family dysfunctions, secrets and lies.

This was a quick read, that is a dark and twisty thriller about twin sisters Tara and Sophie who have gone through severe childhood trauma. This psychological thriller is completely enthralling and kept me turning those pages. Though this is the first Archer book I have read, this book certainly made me a huge fan. A nice build up of the story from the beginning that picks up well into a dark thrilling ride. Wow this was amazing.
