First things first, I like how the introduction was made. Liz got teleported or find himself in another world that is identical to his. The thing I did like was that he didn’t same scared by it, rather he took it calmly and handle it rationally which I find kind of unrealistic, if ever I find myself in that situation I’ll literally panic. But that eventually intrigued me and made me sucked into his character more.

As for Gil and Liz relationship, I don’t know but I did felt that this series might be a fantasy BL manga in some instance or scenes that just screams bromance or I just read so many BL mangas and webcomics.

Also the whole adventure part seemed to be too easy that Liz our main character wasn’t having a hard time at all which for me is okay but unrealistic again.

Overall, the manga really did well into sucking me with the whole curiosity that I think was okay. The characters as well, I’m very intrigued with Liz’s character.

The first volume gives us a good idea of where this story is going but I don't feel that it was a bad thing to be sort of predictable. I loved the partnership between Gill and Lizel, and I really hope their relationship develops more because it's visible that Lizel is hiding things. Also, more depth regarding Gil and Lizel would be great, which I know sometimes takes a while to happen so I hope in the next volumes it will happen.
The story is similar to some other mangas I've read (like Fairy Tail) but the aspect of being in a world that you don't belong to adds complexity and more future angsty.

A fun and charming novel about a young man who finds himself in a new world and decides to take a vacation and become an adventurer. I found the story to be sweet and fun. The relationships amongst the characters are charming and I really liked the art style! Overall a really nice light read and I can't wait to read the rest of Lizel's journey as an adventurer!

A Gentle Noble’s Vacation Recommendation starts with our MC, Lizel, arriving in town and acquiring information right away. Turns out he came from another world, so purchases the services of Gil, aka “Single Stroke”, a B rank adventurer to show him the lay of the land and act as his protector as needed. Lizel throws a lot of people for a loop because he looks like a noble (he is, just not in this world) but he throws himself into the adventuring world with Gil at his side. He quickly gains powerful allies and beguiles people with his friendly countenance and sharp mind, deciding that since he doesn’t know how long he’ll be in this world he’s going to just throw himself into it and enjoy it while he can.
An interesting story so far, I’m intrigued where it will go from here.

Interesting premise, but flat with key information missing to grow the suspense (it didn't). I definitely feel like the series has premise, but this is yet another manga where you are thrown into a world and characters with zero explanation and little development along the way. While you get to know the main two characters decently well, it feels like information is purposefully being left out to make you read more just to find out the answers to questions. The teases aren't really compelling, more a mild curiosity. I also have a hard time trusting any of the characters because things feel dubious and falsely cheery.
But, all of that being said, it's an interesting premise, and I'm curious enough to continue.

A Gentle Noble's Vacation Recommendation Vol. 1 was a fun, entertaining read. I loved how Lizel, far from panicking, decided to take his arrival in an unknown world as an opportunity for an adventure holiday. He and Gil both came across well as characters, and though it's not billed as such, I felt there were some potential boy-love vibes developing between them by the end of the volume. The drawing style was beautiful, the artwork appealing, so all up this was an engaging tale and one I would definitely be interested to continue reading to find out how Lizel and Gil's partnership will progress.

I really enjoyed reading this manga! This was a refreshing take on the isekai genre which I think will really appeal to readers.

Lizel suddenly finds himself transported to a world that’s not his. While he is able to speak the language and understand others, he has no other knowledge of the world he is in. Additionally, he appears to be a nobleman of some kind. Instead of panicking, Lizel decides to make the most of his time in this world. He goes so far as to hire an adventurer named Gil as a form of tour guide and bodyguard. Lizel isn’t sure how long he will be in this world, but he has decided to enjoy this random vacation of his!

This honestly was a short and funny read! Lizel acts really laid-back and aloof for his situation which is very different from your average isekai. The way he goes about living in this new world is rather amusing, especially since it often annoys the usually grumpy Gil. I’m really curious about the backstories of both of them! Fans of the action/adventure genres as well as the fantasy and isekai genres will enjoy this book! It reminds me vaguely of The Rise of the Shield Hero!

I had no idea that this was based off a light novel series. I will definitely be looking forward to the upcoming volumes of this series!
