This is a lovely little story of Rupert and his mum who embark on a snowy Christmas Eve adventure. The illustrations are beautiful and remind me of the books my mum would read to me as a child. I also liked how simple the story is. Overall this is a very charming book and I would buy a physical copy to read to my little boy when he's a tiny bit older. This would be a lovely Christmas gift.

I did find the text quite hard to read sometimes, especially when it was wrapped around the images but maybe that's just because this is a digital copy.

Rupert's snowman is a fun story detailing how a kid and his mom spend a snowy Christmas eve. The story flowed nicely and was entertaining for both kids amd adults. I also liked the illustrations- they reminded me of books from when I was a kid. The only negative thing about this book is that some pages are a little.difficult to read easily. I think that maybe the text should just be bolder (or slightly bigger) so that the words don't fade into the background of the illustrations.

I am a mother to 9 year old twins. My daughter is a little bookworm just like her mother and I love it. However, my son is Autistic and honestly doesn't care to read books much. He loves to look at the pictures though and when his sister and myself read to him. We all really enjoyed this book and thought it was really cute!

A lovely lyrical story about a young boy and his mum playing in the snow. We loved the imagery conveyed by the choice of words.
I'm not sure if our digital copy was missing a couple of pages towards the end but there were a couple plain white and the ending seemed rather incomplete.
Altogether a super story to share with little ones particularly in the winter.

I really liked how the words didn't only flow left to right as in most stories but rather followed the illustrations like poetry.

This book is so cute! It has lovely illustrations and tells a simple, yet beautiful story of a boy enjoying a winter day with his mum. What I liked most about this book, apart from the illustrations, was the vocabulary used (rucksack, sledge, dribble). As a teacher of English language learners I am excited to bring this into my classroom to use during writing lessons.

The story is really cute and the illustrations are adorable, the people playing in the snow were heartwarming, I loved the snow cat haha, I wish I had snow in my country to build one.

A lovely story, perfect for the Christmas season. The beautiful illustrations, snowy excitement and heart-warming ending are tied perfectly together into a beautiful gift of a story. The illustrations well emphasise the senses giving it that Christmas feel- I could practically taste those ginger snaps 😍. I also loved how the illustration exaggerated the scarf wrapping, leaving me both amused and warm on the inside.

This is a great story about a mum and child in the winter time. The illustrations were beautiful and brought the story to life. My children loved it and will definitely be part of the their night reading for awhile to come!
