This small town, second chance romance was delightful. I enjoyed the winery setting for something different.

I was really excited to get into this one, but I think my mood really struck me with Forever with You. I wasn't quite connecting with this one and I had to DNF with the possibility of picking up in the future. Thank you for the opportunity to read the book and I apologize for the inconvenience.

How FOREVER WITH YOU is a debut novel is beyond me! High school sweethearts with a second chance at love? Yes please!! Leyna Milan and Jay Wynter can’t deny the attraction is still there, but Leyna is surely not ready to have her heart broken by Jay once again. All Leyna wants to do is have the chance to prove to her family that she is capable of running her family’s restaurant as well as open a new one. Jay doesn’t know if he will be staying in Sapphire Springs, but wants to prove to Leyna that he has changed and is now a certified grown up! Ha! Hang on to your seats people. You know how this is going to go right?

Jay also needs to prove to his grandfather that is serious about taking over the family vineyards. FOREVER WITH YOU throws the reader for a loop when something tragic happens in the Wynter family that shakes everyone to their core. The secrets that come out afterwards are huge and affect everyone! All Leyna has to do is push forward, ignore Jay and the feelings he stirs up inside of her and honor her Grandfather’s wishes. What could possible go wrong? All of Barb’s characters feel genuine and relatable and put your emotions on one heck of a roller coaster ride. As you are reading, you will find yourself cheering for all of them, praying they can work out their problems and be happy once again.

FOREVER WITH YOU by Barb Curtis is the first book in the Sapphire Spring series and it is the perfect small town romance. I read it fairly quickly and have the next two in the series ready to go. The romance that is growing between Jay and Leyna is not rushed. They take their time to work through their history together and find themselves falling for each other again as adults. It is a sweet romance with wonderful secondary characters and the troubles they are facing are realistic. FOREVER WITH YOU had me flipping pages like mad, grinning endlessly and laughing and giggling out-loud more times than I could count! It is insanely well-written. Barb Curtis has an absolute gift with words and I still can’t believe this is her first novel. Her writing style is so effortless, you feel like you are right in the head of the main characters.

I made it halfway through this one and just never could force myself to get back into it. I’m not quite sure what didn’t work for me but I think it was an overall lack of connection

OMG, this was an absolute gem. Leyna and Jason had a second chance at love, and she wanted none of it. Jason had a mammoth task of righting the wrongs he created with Leyna. It was a well-written, sweet, romantic, sassy, sexy, fun, beautiful, and enticing book.

I loved everything about this book, from the descriptive, idyllic setting, to the MC that decided to give love another try with a little help to get them together. I love reading books about second chance love. I will read more by this author.

It took me a while to actually finish this one, I kept setting it down for unknown reasons. But I ended up finding it really enjoyable! I love romances set in wine country and Forever with You had a unique setting. This is a really sweet and well written second chance romance, and I loved how the next books characters were introduced. Im really interested to read the next book in the series. 3.5-4 stars

Unfortunately, I didn't love this book. It was too wordy for my liking: too descriptive at times, unnecessary dialogs, way too much wine dealings.

Forever with You by Barb Curtis is the first book in the contemporary romance Sapphire Springs series. As with a lot of romance series the common theme in this series is the location and the main characters will change from book to book in the series. As the characters are changing the books in this series can be read as a standalone if choosing to do so.

The Sapphire Springs series opens up with a second chance romance with a pair of high school sweethearts being reunited. Leyna Milan has been in talks with the Wynter family when looking for a location to expand her family’s restaurant business but she never expected that the project would be turned over to her ex.

Jay Wynter left Sapphire Springs eighteen years ago and didn’t really plan on returning. When circumstances bring Jay back to the small town he can’t help but remember how much he cared for Leyna and wonders if she could ever forgive him for leaving.

Of course one of my favorite things in romance is when a couple has a history together in a second chance romance and we have that mixed with another favorite of mine in it being set in a small town. With Barb Curtis being a debut author I still wasn’t sure if the series would be a winner but my worries went out the window when I sat down with this charming first of the series. I will definitely be back for more after loving the location and characters in this first book.

Received a copy of this book for review. Overall it is a good read for me. Love the chemistry between the main characters. Love all the characters. What I love is that each of them does make a difference to the story as it developed. Like to read how the characters In the story are interrelated to each other. It make the story more exciting to read. The setting of the story is nice and is fit nicely to the story.Story plot are well penned out, with a slight twist to it in the end

I wanted to love Forever With You, and I’m disappointed I didn’t. I can’t even quite pinpoint why I didn’t love it. The writing was good, the characters were good, I love small-town romances and second-chance romances. It all just felt kind of flat and I didn’t click with any of it, which makes me really sad. I’d be curious to give the next book in the series a shot, though, because I have a feeling this was a case of 'right book wrong time' for whatever inexplicable reason.

This was the romcom that I didn’t know I needed. It was so good!! It has strong characters, a second chance romance, and an amazing romance! What more could you want? Oh and it’s set in a wine country! Seriously, this is the perfect book. If you haven’t read it yet, I highly recommend checking it out!

Forever With You is a romance that reads like every other generic romance novel out there. Maybe it just wasn’t the romance for me. Reading it made me feel like I’ve already read this exact same book before or seen the plot already in a hallmark movie. It was cliched and nothing stood out about this novel. I think that this will be liked by those who read a copious amount of paperback romances but do those who were expecting something refreshing, this would not be it.

I loved this second chance romance! A small town and well written characters shine through in this book. A wonderful backdrop and I loved this story.

This was a very good book. It was just a sweet romance. I look forward to reading the second in the series. I would definitely recommend this book.
