4 stars.

I really enjoyed reading this. It was quite interesting and flowed really well. It is quite short but that's not a negative. It has so much information in it and I really appreciated the positivity of it.

It's definitely an uplifting book and one that I would recommend people read. Though with saying that, I don't mean that it's a happy book but more so one that you can connect with and draw hope from. This is a life book detailing struggles and ways to help cope with them.

The Author does a good job of getting her words out in a way that makes you want to keep reading and absorbing what she says.

I appreciate the varied life the author has led, and the struggles she faced and challenges she over came. Love the idea of being the Hero of your own story! All in all, very short read. I'm thinking there could be a part two?

A quick read (less than two hours) but it's jammed packed with info! If anything I wish this book was longer just to expand on certain concepts and stories.

I really enjoyed this quick story and reading how the author overcame the hurdles she faced as a working woman, bikini model, bodybuilder, and an overall powerhouse. She offers tips and insights as well as her own story. I was sad to see it end but also a bit disappointed that it just ended. I felt there was more story to be told. Otherwise, great read.

I loved the premise of this book, but it was so short! I got through it in less than an hour. I wish the author had expanded on her ideas and anecdotes more, as she had many insights and interesting stories from her bodybuilding days, suffering from and overcoming trauma, and drug addiction.
