A sweet and heartouching journal with messages and quotes to help you in your gratitude view of life. I would recomend this to anyone who needs to learn practices to be more grateful for the things in their lives.

A gorgeous book dedicated to helping you slow down, be mindful, and practice gratitude.

I appreciated the beginning pages that discuss what it actually means to be both mindfull & grateful. The prompts were a nice addition to help you focus when life is otherwise getting in the way of this practice. I also really loved that the blank pages weren’t dated to alleviate the pressure that is often associated with these types of books.

Definitely going to be picking up a physical copy of this!

This is a wonderful book for gratefulness practice when you want to physically write things down to keep a record for yourself. You might want to keep a record of your gratefulness practice to make you more likely to actually do the practice in the first place or to look back on during your journey.
this book is easy to read and has many wonderful quotes to look on as you flip through the pages.
I really love that this book doesn't promise the reader things that other gratefulness books seem to do...its honest and I really appreciate that.
A wonderful self care book that I would recommend to a friend.

There is a lot of research that show that a daily gratitude practice increases levels of happiness. This is a cute journal, which starts with general information on gratitude practice and continues with space for daily gratitude affirmations, beautifully illustrated. Perfect to create and maintain the habit of daily gratitude.

I'm not a user of journals. But this looked interesting. I won't use it as intended (particularly since it's digital), but it does contain some useful reminders. There's nothing new here, but that doesn't mean can't be helpful, particularly to those that like journaling or are interested in trying.

I really appreciate the ARC for review!!

Thank you to NetGalley and Sasquatch Books for this copy of Best Worst Grateful that publishes September 8, 2020
This was a miss for me, I thought it would be a more in depth journal with multiple different journaling prompts. Instead it was 25 days of writing the best part of your day, the worst part, and what you’re grateful for, with some random quotes peppered in. There is some explanation in the beginning about why these are good ideas, and of course I agree. However, I was expecting more than this.

I love this journal book so much!!!

It helped me a lot in changing my mindset on how to tackle things on an everyday basis.

It is helpful in deciding on how not to focus on the unnecessary things in life.

The exercises are pretty easy and appealing to perform.

Gratitude: the word and the feeling we take for granted but this journal reminds me that I have been unmindful of it for a long time now.

The highlights of this journal:

It gives you separate pages to fill up dates for each day and to record the best, worst moments of the day and what we are grateful about each day.

The subtle, pretty artwork on each page is amazing and yes, welcomed!

And yes!!! The quotes in between! The quotes which work and will live with you forever. I appreciate it.

*I want to have the physical copy when it comes out. I will have to. It's too darn pretty and promising!

Thank you NetGalley for the ARC!💯

This one wasn't entirely for me. This book really is for people who have no longer than 5 minutes to spend on themselves and don't care if the book is overly simplified and plain. I did however like the simple illustrations and pops of colour here and there, but this just wasn't anything special for me personally.

I also don't love use of the word "worst" each day, it just doesn't sit well with me and my frequency. I would much prefer the wording to be something like "an obstacle I overcame today".

I really enjoyed this journal!!! I think it's a perfect synthesized, project-based journey based on all these cool principles you see thrown around these days. It really makes you think. I really appreciated how the author was able to boil things down for us to make this the best journey. In today's society where there is just massive information overload that can be seriously overwhelming, this was a delight!
