This book has some good tips for self-care. There are good prompts to help you change your ways and become more confident. I love self-help/personal development books and this one fits that description well.

The strategies in this book make building your self-confidence seem doable and worthwhile. It's a great book to read a few pages of in the morning while you're drinking coffee and preparing for the day. Let the suggestions sink in and think back on them throughout the day for maximum effect.

Self-Confidence Strategies for Women is a self-help book by Leslie Theriot Herhold written to empower women through educational information and strategies. The author provides background on what self-confidence actually is, how it is developed, and how it can be restored. There are a variety of reflection questions and exercises throughout the book and the author even recommends a drink and some pen/paper to actively work on these! I really enjoyed this book, especially since it thoughtfully considered unique experiences for women and how that may contribute to lack of self-confidence. I also found the little cartoons absolutely adorable and added a nice touch to the book. I will continue to implement some of the strategies the author provided and highly recommend you pick up this book if you are someone struggling with self-confidence.

This is a great book with a lot of self-care help for women who suffer with low self esteem. She offers many ways to help you find practical ways to boost your confidence. I like the different prompts and guidance that is included that makes me feel like I’m enough and using the exercises are a nice way to take a minute to recharge and refocus. These are long long practices to make sure you don’t fall back into your old mindset and can keep moving forward. I appreciate this self care guide.
