HER EVERY MOVE by KELLY IRVIN is a fast moving suspense thriller with great characters, some romance, and a good Christian message. It is an exciting and enjoyable read and one that kept me guessing right to the end.
Not only is Detective Avery Wick watching Jackie Santoro's every move as a person of interest in the San Antonio bombings, but the God that she serves is also watching over her.
Jackie is an independent, responsible, caring young woman who loves her family and friends, but who finds it hard to come to terms with her father's suicide. She is passionate about reading and loves her job as a librarian. She is also passionate about her cats.
Avery is divorced but has a good relationship with his ex wife Chandra. He has two dogs and much prefers dogs over cats.
They both love basketball.
I like the way the author draws us into the characters' feelings as we follow the twists and turns of the plot.
I highly recommend Her Every Move to anyone who enjoys romantic suspense.
I was given a free copy of the book by NetGalley from Thomas Nelson. The opinions in this review are completely my own.
