Rosie quickly finds out that her husband is leaving her for another woman. She is even already pregnant! She leaves her chef job and buys a small van to travel. This is very unlike Rosie. She wants to bake scones and sweet treats while brewing different kinds tea. She finds herself going to festivals. She meets a friend names Aria that sells romance novels out of her small van. They begin to help each other out. She sometimes hears about her ex husband's new life and hangs out with Max, a vegan who also sells his food at festivals.
I loved this book. It took me a day to read. You were excited for Rosie getting out and enjoying new things. It was nice and not rushed on how her love life progresses. Everyone should read this when it comes out!!

This was a sweet story and an easy read, perfect for quarantine reading. The characters were also well written and the story was engaging, so it wasn’t pure fluff- there was solid substance here as well.

What a lovely story! I don't recall reading a book by Rebecca Raisin but that will certainly change once she releases more books. I really enjoyed this one. The author incorporated delicious desserts and teas while showing us that sometimes change isn't a bad thing. I think any reader who is in need of a pick me up should check out Rosie's Traveling Tea Shop.

What. A. Delight!

When calculated, structured Rosie's life on the upper crust of London's culinary scene (pun intended) is turned on its head, she makes a snap decision and embarks on a completely new lifestyle. Say goodbye to small portions and fancy sauces, and make way for tea and comfort food -- and on four wheels!

Rosie joins a community of lovable vagabonds who travel the countryside selling their wares and living quintessential nomadic lives, and Raisin's novel perfectly depicts the exact romanticism we 9-to-5ers associate with that life. The descriptive language is colorful and so enjoyable, the cast of characters is endearingly quirky, readers will be overcome with wanderlust, and... I have to say.... I am officially an enemies-to-lovers convert.

Rosie's Travelling Tea Shop is a satiating, delectable, and very quick read. A reader will know what she'll get out of this one, but the journey is no less lovable because of it!

Rosie’s Traveling Tea Shop was an adorable story about a woman who takes a new path and finds herself, along with her dream life. After working hard to progress in her career, she finds that it might not be all that it is meant to be so decides to join the van life and return to her roots of serving comfort food while traveling UK. It is a wonderful, and in some ways, realistic look at choosing a different path and heading out to life on the road.

As with all romances, there is a gorgeous man who she meets along the road and confusion ensues. But along the way, she learns a lot about herself, her misperceptions, and how to rely on others.

Overall, it is a fun read and I enjoyed the inside look at van life. There were a couple of storylines that I was not sure added to the story like her history with her father but the friend, who helps her gain confidence on the road but isn’t who she thinks, creates a fun change to the Usual romance mix-up formula.

This is a great read for those who enjoy travel and romance, very chaste as well.

Rosie's Travelling Tea Shop by Rebecca Raisin portrays a woman who has lived most of her life planning it down to the smallest detail. When her world is turned upside down, she buys a camper van (under the influence of wine) and begins her life all over again. Ms. Raisin's story includes not only humor but personal growth as Rosie learns to live without the plans she has always depended upon. The plot moved smoothly as Rosie met more of the "Van Lifers", learned how to cope with crowds, mini-disasters and relationships. I felt like there was more to working at festivals than Ms. Raisin touched on (permits for a space and food. All in all this was an easy read filled with personal growth for Rosie as she learned to live outside of her comfort zone.

A delightful story about a woman who finds her life turned upside down and while trying to find herself and know herself she finds a true partner and life that fulfills her. The story is truly colorful with a lot of the unexpected characters and group of travelers I wish were real.

Rosie has her life planned out down to the minute when she's suddenly shocked out of her scheduled existence. With that kick in the pants, she falls into a bottle or two of wine and ends up making life changing plans which show up the next morning when she's still not sober. Rosie learns to live in the moment and adapt with the time. She embraces, slowly, the unscheduled unexpected life on the road and realizes herself.

This was such an endearing novel. I was quite taken by the main protagonist, Rosie. She proves that you can take risks in life and relinquish the mundane for peace and happiness. I found all of the characters to be both charming and relatable. Overall, this was a light, fun, and quick read that made me want to go take control over my own life as the main character did!

The title of the book drew me in because I have British friend with the same name and love of tea. This book is a solid 3.5 stars. It was enjoyable to those who like friendship storylines with a subplot of romance. here were a few spots of unrealistic reactions from the main characters like when after two weeks (I think) of knowing each other, one exclaims that the other just doesn't open up enough - well in my world, that's not enough time to have completely divulged my life story nor a desire to do so. The love interests are both eye roll worthy, as of course they have their own issues. For readers who like cozy mystery without murder, this one will entertain you. Listen to the audio book as well since the accent will make you smile! I have placed the second book on hold in the series as it's about a mobile book store - swoon!
I was given a free copy from NetGalley for my review.

Rosie’s Travelling Tea Shop by Rebecca Raisin is a very delightful book that had me wanting to find my own"Poppy"! The tea blends are so interesting and the baked goods made me want to bake.
Rosie has worked hard and is a successful Sous Chef. She loves her job and is very focused on making a plan and scheduling her life. On her birthday her husband takes her out for dinner and asks for a divorce. He tells Rosie that she is too predictable and admits he loves someone else. Rosie is shocked and tries to comfort herself that night with two bottles of wine. Imagine her surprise when the next morning she discovers during her stupor she bought a bright pink van intending to leave her troubles behind. Well, why not?! She has always wanted a tea shop.
As the story progresses Rosie fights her fears and decides to follow a schedule for festivals. She meets another Van Lifer, Aria, who uses her van as a book shop. They become friends and decide to travel together with their vans.
Rosie has highs and lows as she learns to embrace new adventures and to accept new friends. She must learn who to trust. I was disappointed that Rosie would allow herself to consider a serious relationship so quickly after her husband's betrayal.

I really enjoyed this book; every so often I need to read a book that is just for fun. This one fit the bill. I loved Rosie, Aria, Max and their stories. I love the idea of a woman restarting her life on an adventurous journey of friendship and self discovery, Parts of the book made me laugh out loud and parts were surprisingly deep and thought provoking. I imagine we have all sometimes felt the need to break out of our rut and try something new. I look forward to reading other books by Ms. Raisin.

Rosie's Travelling Tea Shop by Rebecca Raisin is an utter charmer of a book.

Rosie, a sous chef in a Michelin starred restaurant, thinks her husband has a fun surprise for her birthday. It's a surprise but definitely no fun as he tells her he's leaving and wants a divorce. Organized and methodical Rosie isn't sure what to do as her carefully planned life starts to crumble around her.

Determined to start a new life, encouraged by wine, she buys a pink RV and decides to open a travelling tea shop.

This story is as sweet as the delicious creations Rosie bakes with a heartwarming. The writing is light, the plot is fast-paced. Rosie's entirely relatable and there's a bit of witty banter. And you can't help but to cheer for Rosie as she makes new friends, possibly finds love, and discovers how to be happy in a world that isn't plotted out to the very last minute.

Thank you NetGalley and HQ Digital for the DRC.

Really cute story about a woman whose life is turned upside down when her husband leaves her for another woman and she decides to do the unthinkable and live the life of a nomad. Rosie drunkenly buys a bright pink van, turns it into a traveling tea shop and starts a journey around the UK and her own self discovery. Easy read, likeable characters, and lots of love for tea and books!

Sweet and escapist - utterly adorable. Recommended purchase for collections where light women's fiction is popular.
