I requested this book, but was unable to download it prior to the archive date and therefore cannot leave my own review. However, from all the reviews I have read, it looks like a great book I would recommend to others and will be buying a copy for myself.

This book was so informative and definitely made sure you were fully aware of what this type of eating constanted of. I loved that! It made this easy to follow along and understand. The recipes were tasty and unique and I look forward to trying more!

A lot of information on detoxing, with beautiful photos and yummy recipes. This is a great book to have on hand for detoxing for health, not just for weight loss.

Just another restricted calorie diet. People following it will probably lose a few pounds, but it's unlikely to help with long-term weightloss.

This book gives great tips and recipes for beginning a healthy detox journey. I'm a picky eater but this book gives recommendations that I can use as alternatives to the food that I don't eat. It seems hard in the beginning to give up things I've eaten my whole life, but if I want a better me this is a great start. It's simply a way to better myself and choose healthier options. I enjoyed the recommendations, tips and alternatives to eating healthier. This book would be great for anyone. Eating healthier while still being able to enjoy the taste is a win in my book and this works for me.

This was a great book. The plan is already well laid out and easy to follow. I tried a few of the recipes already and they are delicious. And I found the overall plan simple enough to follow, but the recipes were interesting enough that I was excited to try them!

Fantastic weight loss book with a 14 day mealplan and some amazing recipes. This is a simple book you follow to get some great results! Loved the recipes!

What did I like? Simplicity.... works already been done for you, all you have to do is follow. So from chicken salad to smoothies, this book has you covered. I also placed an order for bison and venison for a better meat while cooking recipes. Some canellini, and chickpeas, along The way with some chicken thighs. From the hummus to the main course this is a definite must have.

Would I buy or recommend? I could do without the recipes for curry anything or crab cakes but there is a wealth of recipes with guacamole or hummus that I would definitely share. Amazing book but needed more pictures. Some pictures but not one for every recipe! Four stars.
