Alexander’s latest is a heartwarming read that will keep you engaged. The hero and heroine were a little insta-love for my taste, but Alexander’s characters kept me reading.

I revived a copy of this book to review from Netgalley. Thank you for the opportunity.
This book is sweet and romantic with a slow burn romance at its heart. I liked the love the MCs had for the little girl and it was nice to see them building their trust and relationship together.
On the whole, a good read.

This book was so emotionally cute, I'm still recovering from it. I have not read the other two books in the series, but this can be enjoyed as a standalone and I totally recommend it!

I liked both characters and their relationships, not only with each other, but also with the other characters. I feel like they were real and quite authentic, it felt like a "real world" story, beyond just fiction.

And then there is the cute baby who brought them together. It's just a matter of taste, but I love books with babies / children, they always make everything more fun.

I loved this book! The characters are warm and believable. I was on the edge of my seat, turning the pages as their love story developed. If you're looking for an escape from all the turmoil in the world right now, this is the book to start reading. Enter this lovely and lush world of a single dad of an adorable baby girl and the smart, strong, lovely woman who falls in love with them both. You will not be disappointed and you'll want to stay with them for longer than the book lasts. Luckily there are more books in the series.

Maxwell is on the runner up for a big project but with Sacha's mother on deployment (ex-girlfriend) and her mama sick he's on daddy duty 24/7 now. Yvonne dreams of opening her own daycare someday and becoming Sacha's nanny is a step further

A slow-burn romance that's well-written and a light-hearted read.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book received from the publisher via NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Yvonne has one goal, to make money fast so she can finally open her dream daycare center. Maxwell is a man used to getting what he wants, but when his infant daughter comes to live with him full-time he has to figure out how he can balance work and fatherhood.

Yvonne is sent from a nanny agency to care for Sasha, Maxwell's daughter. The money is enough that Yvonne won't have to work for anyone else when the gig is over. Sasha becomes more than just a charge and Maxwell makes his way into her heart.

Will Yvonne put her dreams on the back shelf again for a man? Will Maxwell realize the world doesn't revolve around him?

This was a decent romance. There wasn't huge character development on either side. The conflict was minimal and the writing was good. The pacing was off which made the ending drag a little, but all in all it was a fine way to spend an afternoon.

“Never Let Me Go” is the 3rd book in “The Southern Gentlemen Series”. I have read several books by Kianna and looking forward to reading many more. “The Gentlemen of Queen City” was an awesome.

Max has been in several relationships his last relationship produced a child. Max has commitment issues.
Maxwell Devers has his own Architectural firm and is high in demand. He shares custody of his 7-month-old daughter Sasha with her mom. Sasha’s mom is away on active duty and has been left in the care of her mom’s grandmother and sister. Sasha’s grandmother has a heart condition and can no longer care for her and her aunt brings her to Max’s office and explains the situation. Max is already to step in with the care of his daughter.

Yvonne Markham lands a job to be a nanny to the wealthy and right away she lands an assignment and her assignment leads her to Max to take care of his daughter. Yvonne is ready to settle down and wants a husband, white picket fence and the 2.5 children. Yvonne wants to make enough money for the down payment of a child care facility that’s her passion to one day own her on facility.

Max is working on a project with the city and his rival lands the landscape portion but he is unable to complete the job started. So, the mayor entrusts the building and landscaping to Max. Yvonne propositions Max and tells him that she willing to move in with him and keep Sasha 24/7 so that he’s able to complete his project and he agrees.

Max invites his fraternity brothers over and they all admire Yvonne and know that there is something brewing between the two. He also takes Yvonne and Sasha over to parent’s house and they all see that Max has feelings for nanny and the nanny has feelings for him. They seem like a married couple.

This was a awesome read and I recommend reading “Never Let Me Go”, you will not be disappointed. Love HEAs.

I received an ARC of this book via Netgalley, and my review is voluntary.

Never Let Me Go is the third book in The Southern Gentlemen series but was fine reading as a stand-alone. It was charming and full of emotions. The characters were perfect for each other and genuine. The book was well written and interesting. Maxwell Devers must take care of Sasha, his seven-month-old daughter immediately when his ex-girlfriend is deployed, and her mother becomes ill. Maxwell’s architect company is working on a big bid for a city project and he needs help caring for Sasha. Yvonne Markham is excited to get her first nanny job with the new agency she started with. This job will allow her to save money for her dream of owning a daycare. Yvonne enjoyed taking care of Sasha who was such a charming baby. Falling for Sasha’s dad was not part of her life plan.
I received an ARC from NetGalley and am voluntarily leaving a review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

When I saw this read I didn't know it was book in a series. But it just can be a stand alone.
This was a cute and sweet read. Yes, it is a about age gap, and nanny and the dad... I didn't like the story line... But all in all it was cute.
3 stars.

This is a story of Maxwell who engaged Yvonne as a nanny for his months old baby girl while his ex gf was away on a medical mission. From the start, both Max and Yvonne are attracted to each other and neither of them denying it. Their relationship began to develop really well. Yvonne have a dream to open her own child care nursery. She have been saving for the nursery and she is near to saving enough for down payment. But Max have a different idea of his other half. He didn’t realise that his expectation has been cause of all his past relationship until it is too late.

This is heartwarming read for me. As I read on this book, I couldn’t help smiling away.

Never Let Me Go was a very written romance. Great plot and character dynamics. I recommend this book. I received an advance ebook from the publisher. This is my unbiased review.

Maxie is up for this HEA in this one. We know him from Books 1 and 2 as big brother and frat brother. We find out he has a daughter and comes to taking care of her full time. This is the nanny/dad troupe but do a little different with the nanny having more of a spine. Yvonne is a strong character who I enjoyed. Max has never had to worry about ours- and we see him grow into his role as father.

This is a slow burn but not. I don't know how to decide how to word it, its slow but its also steamy and really not that slow in their relationship really. There is a lot of details that I didn't need or want and would have like more of the love story but it is real life so...

Overall, 3.5 stars and 4 steam

Never Let Me Go is part of The Southern Gentlemen series, this is book #3. I have not read the previous books in the series. I feel comfortable saying this this can be read as a stand alone.
I found this book to be a beautifully written, totally cute story. I worked in the early childhood development field for 25 years. The authors knowledge of child development definitely shows in her writing. So much I could relate to and much of it made me smile.
Basically, this is a love story about two heartwarming characters, Yvonne and Maxwell. Maxwell is a architect and a single parent. He hires Yvonne to be the nanny to take care of his 7 month old baby. As romance between the two begins, things start to heat up.
Southern charm romance at its best......definitely a book I recommend if you are in the mood for a light hearted story with lots of family drama and family love.
Many thanks to NetGalley, the publisher and author for the opportunity to read this book for my honest opinion. All opinions expressed are my own.

A feel good book that touches your heart from the beginning. A dad whose ex-girlfriend is deployed and he is now thrust into the role of full time daddy of a baby causes a complete upheaval of his life! He is set to go after a large job that could solidify his company’s position, but now he has to somehow make room in his busy schedule for his little girl 24-7!
So, next best thing he hires a nanny. Yvonne who loves children and eventually wants to open up her own child daycare center enters his life. The minute the two meet it is as if a electrical field zapped them because they had an instant attraction, but they tried to ignore it.

This book was a good book to sit and enjoy when you wanted a lighthearted enjoyable read that was about real life choices and characters that could be your own neighbors. It was very down to earth and I felt the issues that came up within the family dynamics are ones that people deal with everyday.

Thank you to the authors and publishers who work diligently for us the readers.

I received an advanced copy from NetGalley and these are my willingly given thoughts and opinions.

Never Let Me Go is the third book in the Southern Gentleman series and it can be read as a stand-alone. Never Let Me Go was such a cute story. Low on the steam scale, it could be a Hallmark movie! I loved Yvonne and Maxwell. Single dad romances are quickly becoming a favorite of mine and this one was well done.

This book could be a Harlequin. There is no language though there are a few mature scenes. Besides that this book is amazing.

It follows Yvonne and Maxwell through their love and life. Yvonne was just Maxwell’s young baby’s nanny. They both are attracted to the other. Then they decide to take it slow.

It’s a cute story in which something is always happening. I would recommend it to fans of Harlequin and Hallmark. It is an intriguing novel. It is a bit long and some scenes can seem unimportant but this is still a great book.
