A collection of articles on Agile, some more useful and interesting than others (at least as it relates to my job). Short bites made for easy reading.

Wow. As we were starting to use Agile at work, I was able to get a copy of this book. It was a great introduction to Agile, and help very much with trying to understand what was trying to be accomplished. I've always loved the Insights series of books from Harvard Business Review, and look forward to each new volume. My company is now implementing agile in our business processes, so this was a very timely book to come my way. The Agile At Scale and Making Process Improvements Stick are worth the cost alone. It's easy to use the buzzwords for Agile, but I've found actually getting people to change from Waterfall thinking is challenging. I'll be looking out for the next great title that's released.

HBR reads are one of my favorite things! This section about Agile did not disappoint. I learned many things about Agile to start implementing within my workplace and it also helped reiterate some things that I already knew. I recommend this for anyone who wants to get more familiar with Agile within the workplace.

Thanks to Harvard Business Review Press and NetGalley for a copy in exchange of an honest review!
