This book was really neat. I enjoyed reading through it. But the puzzles didn't show up in my kindle version I can't give this a 100 percent rating. I loved the concept and the way things were broken down. It's a pretty cool book.

Lost interest in this book about a third of the wat through. Could have been better. I didn't finish it, couldn't concentrate on it. 🤷‍♀️

Not quite what I was expecting but a good read. Sadly I could not get the puzzles to appear in my e-copy.

Each author's contribution is short, to the point and meaningful. The length is just perfect for a morning meditation and to start the day off right. The addition of the word searches adds a dimension to this book of exercising the brain too.

This book is meditative and entertaining. A simple way to de-stress and relax in the evenings. The word searches are quick and easy, so if you are looking for a challenge, this might not be the one for you.

I love me some word searches.
They are like a vacation for your brain; not a lot of thought required.
The searches in here are very easy (not a bad thing), but used a lot of the same words over and over and over again throughout the book.
This happens often with themed books; too afraid to stray from the general concept.
The "messages" you decode didn't really add anything for me.
I found the further into the book I got the more I skipped past everything that was not a word search.

This is an interesting collection of quick word searches that are centered around different important concepts of centeredness alternating with bits of wisdom. Truly enjoyable experience that will be enjoyable in print.

I have to say I was disappointed with this book, whilst the writing was good, I couldn’t see any of the word searches. Personally, this was why I picked this book.

As a self confessed reader of self help books over the years I am now more circumspect on the ones I read.
This is a collaborative effort of sixty contributors who come from different backgrounds, beliefs and experiences - they are interesting and are detailed at the end of the book.
I enjoyed the sections and found many of them uplifting, however I couldn’t get the puzzles uploaded into my Kindle so am unsure what the outcome should be. This is the reason for my low rating.

Life wisdom word search comprises 60 word searches each by a different author. They are introduced with a few paragraphs of yoga teachings and the words are all positive. As an extra puzzle the left over letters also spell out a phrase or mantra. A very well thought out book with a positive feeling and wellness angle.
I would recommend for those that do puzzles and for those that do yoga/meditation.

Not something I would pick up again. Yes you get some nice wordsearchs with a nice message to find at the end. But the messages before each not something I would want. More wordsearchs for me to get it.

What a fun and interesting book. I enjoy this type of puzzle and to then find the hidden message made it even better. The inspirational passages made it even more enjoyable for me. The variety and ages of the authors of each passage was amazing.
It was a fantastic way to spend time for me. I will be giving copies of this book to friends as gifts this holiday season!

This is an excellent book, full of wisdom, and completely unexpected, an unusual book, still highly relevant to how we live, today and in times past. I would recommend it to all who are searching for meaning in life, because it helps.

This is a self-help and cross word puzzle mix. The mediative lessons weren't a bit too long for me. I was looking for something a little more laid back and more focused on the puzzles. However, I can see how this would be a big hot for some people.

A fun book of word searches providing the opportunity for some meditative down-time. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a paper copy to enjoy over a chamomile tea, become engrossed in pleasing words while chewzing on a pencil. A perfect distraction in a go-go-go world. 5 stars from me. This book of puzzles melds nicely with the life affirmations to make a delightful relaxing interlude when a break is needed. The puzzles are word search puzzles, the kind I have been doing all my life, and at first I was disappointed, since they are not that difficult, or very sophisticated. But they are more than simple word search puzzles, they are meditations, or yoga stretches for the brain. And just like breathing or stretching is not usually difficult, but filled with significant benefits, so are the sixty short stories, and word search puzzles in the book. You can work on one while relaxing, or taking time for yourself.

Say yes please to yoga for the brain, do a puzzle or two. It's fun and gives time to breathe. Yes, the puzzles are relaxing and exercise both sides of the brain. Search for 'peace', find 'happiness' and end with a life affirming message.

I have, like most people, come across both self-help, meditation on life types books and books containing word puzzles before but what attracted me to this, in particular, was the idea of the two being integrated. I wasn't sure exactly how it would work or even if it would but it really did and I found the sections which were departing wisdom much more comprehensive than I had initially imagined. I had this preconceived idea of quotes alongside the word searches but actually, there is a lot of great, inspirational advice throughout these pages. The words you were searching within each grid were usually part of a quote or saying that was explained beforehand. I thoroughly enjoyed how everything was woven together into a cohesive whole and am not surprised it's a book that has won multiple awards in the past. A fun, novel and creative way to spend a little time and a book that can be dipped in and out of at will. Many thanks to Post Hill Press for an ARC.

I love this book. It took me a minute to figure out how to get the puzzles to load, but once I did, I was hooked!!!!! You get a brief story or devotional, a word seek puzzle, and them, when you finish the puzzle a thought made from the left over letters!!!! Such fun and very relaxing. I mostly downloaded this for the puzzles, but there was lots of bits and bobs of inspiring information as well.

I found the puzzles to be fairly fast and easy, but still enjoyable.
