A detailed account of self-discovery, self-awareness, meditation and mindfulness. The book is divided into four sections, The Glory of Being, Harmony in Becoming, Moving Beyond and a final section on meditation. Each chapter has an introduction to its main idea, a poem and a more detailed message. At the end of the book is a short glossary.
I found the book not really to my taste. It wasn't easy to read and the writing didn't flow and was rather dense. The ideas weren't explained clearly enough, so I found I soon lost interest and concentration. A book more for the dedicated than the mildly interested.
