**I received and voluntarily read an e-ARC from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.**

It's a nice collection of recipes for small families. There's nothing that really jumps out at me as being something new or amazing. The recipes seem slightly more affordable than many that would fall in this category.

I don't understand why there wouldn't be nutrition info. This is supposedly a health conscious book, but if the author really wanted to connect with a health conscious audience, it needed to be included. Really, all cookbooks should have the nutrition info regardless of the author's reasoning.

Nice photos, but I really wish the author would pull her hair back. Every time I saw a picture of her hair hanging down over the food, it took me right out of the book. There's nothing worse than pulling a stranger's hair out of your food and that's all I could think about whenever I saw her photo appear.

Overall, it's nice, but nothing I would go out of my way to get or read.

I own the author's prior cookbook so I was very excited to read this one too. Overall, I like the recipes and how she breaks down the costs of weekly shopping lists and the recipes she made. The recipes looked very promising and i am very excited to try them. The only negative part of this book for me (and she does explain the reason why she did not include it in the book) was that the recipes does not include any nutrition values. As anyone who is on a diet knows the nutrition values are the most important part of losing weight. Since I track macros, it will be very hard for me to use this book regularly. Regardless, the recipes are easy to follow. However, you definitely need an Instant Pot and probably Air Fryer for these recipes. Reminds me of the Martha Stewart cookbooks and how you always need a kitchen aid stand mixer.

I love the dairy free and wheat free recipes, they are easy to follow but have a lot of taste. The food photography looks delicious.

A great cookbook filled with lots of good ideas. I really liked that these recipes were mainly whole foods and gluten free and dairy free. It's nice that more books are out like this because it was hard for awhile if you had sensitivities.
Thank you to netgalley and the publishers for providing me with an arc for an honest review.

What I like about this cookbook is that it has many guidelines for what and where to shop and includes such things as an electric pressure cooker cook-time cheat sheet which could be really practical for those who own one (or consider buying one).
The one thing that I did not like it that it has not been made clear that this is a cookbook for families (or any group of four - at least that's how many people these recipes serve) and not for single people. I think this should have been addressed and made clear on the cover (title) and in the introduction written by the author.
So, if you're looking to feed your family on a budget with healthy meals, this is the book for you!
