Dinosaur book for kids is a unique educational coloring book. I absolutely loved that there were dinosaur facts to go along with each coloring page. It's the perfect combination of fun and learning. I would have loved having a coloring book like this as a kid.

As a mom to a dinosaur-obsessed 4 year old boy, I am always eager to read more dinosaur books to see if I should buy for my son's collection. I appreciated the fact that this book is multi-faceted-- it allows your budding artist to color, but it is also extremely informative and provides a lot of facts about dinosaurs.

Katie Henries-Meisner does a good job in provided detailed information about dinosaurs in a way that is both age appropriate and knowledgeable at the same time.

This would be a great book for a student to read and color at home, or purchase from a book fair. I could see me purchasing this book for my toddler, but not my students. We don’t spend time coloring in school and there wasn’t a lot of information about dinosaurs for first graders. Again, my toddler would love this! Not too much information for her.

This book is written for young readers to learn more about dinosaurs, their proper names and descriptions. I really enjoyed that the author included the appropriate pronunciation for each dinosaur. I loved the facts that were included with each dinosaur. My four-year-old is really into dinosaurs and this book helped me learn so much more information to help him along.

I thought that this was a lovely book and I loved the images used but I do have a slight criticism in that I I wish there had been a little more variety – the same image was used on the introduction to each dinosaur as well as the one with the background, so in effect you are getting the same image twice when this, for me, should have been two separate images.

The book was still a great little read with fun facts for each dinosaur species and you can learn as well as colour in as you go – what is not to enjoy

It is 4 stars from me for this one!

This is the perfect book to give to the child in your life with an obsession with dinosaurs. It gives a brief but detailed introduction into dinosaurs in general and then goes on to have a dinosaur on each page to colour, with a name, description and a few facts about each dinosaur. Kids will love this book and I will absolutely be buying it for my friend's 7 year old!

Cute illustrations, something I could see little kids loving to color! Maybe a little too intricate for some of the smaller kids, but who cares about always coloring inside the lines anyway?

Great information included, I could definitely see a few budding paleontologists wanting to add this to their collection, no matter their age!
