Small town judge meets her match with a rodeo star. I love the small town charm in this book. The group of matchmakers just can’t resist setting up every single person.

Dream a Little Dream will take you into the lives and minds of the characters as they work their way to finding what they want and the best way to do it. You'll chuckle at some of the antidotes that happen along the way.

The Matchmaking Widows Club is at it again. I really enjoy a good matchmaking book and this was definitely one! Darcy Harper finds herself as the new town judge and crosses paths with her old high school flame. It's a sure bet the matchmakers will get involved with this one!
This is a really engaging story and I found myself quickly and totally absorbed in all the goings on including Darcy's deceased husband George, who seems to be actively involved in Darcy's life.

It is a very enjoyable book that keeps you turning pages to see what happens next. If it isn't already on your TBR pile, it definitely should be. Lots of good reading here.

I received an ebook copy from the author. All thoughts are my own.

This is book 3 in the Sunshine Valley Series. I would consider this a fun read. There were several moments when I got very mad at Darcy for not being more assertive. There were several things that happened that weren't very realistic but I don't really read this books for a lot of realism!

I would recommend this book as a nice bit of escapism.

This is a book that I wanted to like more than I actually did. The story is so-so, but it was the characters that I just couldn't get on board with. Darcy should be a strong independent woman from everything she has survived in her life but she just lets everybody walk all over her. I don't think she actually stands up for herself once throughout the entire book - and, no, I don't see her going to Rupert for legal help as standing up for herself because she could have just represented herself.. Even when she becomes the judge no one respects her and they just tell her what she should be doing. Jason is supposed to be this great guy who loves her, but even he manipulates her every chance he gets in order to get her to come back to him. More needed to be done with Rupert going from jerk to nice guy - I was glad to see him and Bitsy moving toward getting together at the end, but his total personality reversal came out of nowhere.

Jason has lost the love of his life. Or has he? Darcy has just been appointed as judge to fill her late husband’s position. Except she used to be with Jason. It’s a jumbled mess amd with the help of some sprightly seniors, a gassy dog, and other meddling do-good ears, can Jason and Darcy find their way back to each other? It’s a quick, light read, but the number of characters does get a little confusing. Sunshine is a place where everyone knows everyone else’s business.

This was the second book I have read by Melinda Curtis. I enjoyed it, although I think that Darcy could have been a little more assertive especially with Pearl. I have no complaints about this book and I look forward to reading more by this author. I am grateful that netgalley let me read this in exchange for an honest review.

Small town judge meets her match with a rodeo star troublemaker as the matchmakers are back in action in Sunshine Valley.

Once again the author brings together small town charm life to the readers as we are swept away in this unlikely couple giving them a second chance. Will he be able to clean up his act and be able to win he heart of the one he let getaway before?

Dreams can happy if you put your heart into it. It is a sweet addition in this series.
