Great puzzle book that doesn’t take a lot of time good to pick up when u have a few minutes - keeps the grey matter thinking x

A book that I would happily give as a Christmas or birthday gift as I often do for my parents and in-laws. Difficult enough to give you pause for thought, but all feel doable with a bit of thought. Great selection.

A wonderful book that offers lots of entertainment. There is a great selection of brain teasers and puzzles. Some you can figure out rather quickly but others will take you some time! Great for any occasion where you need to fill some time.

Really fun and challenging brain teasers! They are mostly quite short, so easy to project on screen or read out to a class. They would make nice bell ringers or time fillers, or even something to read in the car or plane on long trips.

These excellent puzzles are a great way to pass the time on a train or plane journey with the family after dinner or just alone. As a teacher I like to give brainteasers to my students and these could be good for those kids who always finish other things early and are waiting for something to do.

I loved this book of brain free teasers. My husband and I did a few a day and worked them out together - we resisted the urge to use pen and paper but it was tough.!
Great to get the grey cells going through another lockdown !

A fun volume of short puzzles, some easy, some not. I can think of many places this could be used - car trips, for one - and it might be good way to get some interaction with a teen. The puzzles aren't really designed for younger children. Overall, and enjoyable book to pick up and put down at random, a perfect mental break.

This book is so fun! For a math tutor like me, solving the questions are fun, though I still need my scrap paper and pencil. I can do this in my free time, leisurely, or sometimes as an exercise. For kids nowadays who struggles with story problems, this book might help their skills in reading a problem.

These brain teaser puzzles are great fun, and it is perfect since you can do a few, put the book down, and then do a few more later. Fun to share with family, too!

A fun selection of puzzles. Some took much longer than 60 seconds, while some I solved pretty much straight away. A great way to while away a few minutes.

This is a fun book of puzzles ranging from fairly easy to more challenging so it never gets boring. The puzzles were super entertaining and I loved the art style in it. It's very simplistic so it doesn't distract from focusing on the puzzles, but it's in a really black and blue theme that I just found quite pleasing.

This is a great idea and fun logic puzzles to solve that are appropriate for the whole family. Some are easy but honestly, the majority I did need to use a pencil. I can't do math in my head! I liked the logic puzzles better than the math related ones, but it is a great activity that doesn't involve a screen.

Very fun and kept me interested during a long work day!

This book had so much potential - it was supposed to be a highly entertaining book, however the lack of detail and the mechanic layout were not helping this book. This book should be and look more fun - people should be enticed to open it and have fun, instead it looks like a dull math exercise books. But the puzzles itself were a lot of fun, just the presentation missed the mark.

Puzzles of varying levels of complexity, this book helps exercise the mind. All of the solutions are also in the back of the book. Definitely a great gift for those who like a mental workout.

These are great little head scratchers. A fun way to exercise your brain without much requirement to do so. No pencil needed, just you and the puzzle. I enjoy solving puzzles anyway and this was a nice thing to dip into when I needed a quick escape.

A fun book of puzzles. I found some quick and others had me stumped. I liked how the puzzles level of difficulty was mixed throughout the book so you never got too frustrated or found them too easy back to back.

A great book to share with family and friends and reminded me of the 5 minute mystery books I loved as a kid. I'd pick it up for long trips or days stuck without wifi!!
