An entrancing story of some very well developed characters...

A number of settings, locations and concurrent plots intertwine in this delicious story that begins with 4 people on a life raft. The reader is anxious to see how the lives of these people unfold during a highly suspenseful story.

I really did not even have the thought of putting this book down! The constant switch of solid plotlines held my interest throughout - as it will any reader's

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Many Thanks to The Wild Rose Press, Inc. and NetGalley for a truly wonderful read!

This is an excellent romantic thriller with plenty of action and great descriptions of Cape Cod. Rescued from a harrowing capsized boat during stormy weather, Shane Winslow and Samantha Edgerton get a second chance to renew their friendship and pursue a possible relationship when they meet four years later. Both characters are extremely likeable and the surrounding cast fills out the story nicely. This is a definite must read for anyone who enjoys romance with lots of action in a beautiful location. This is a 5-star read!

Lieutenant Shane Winslow of the Coast Guard and Samantha Edgertown meet during the aftermath of a hurricane. He , Sam, her younger brother, and cousin spend several days in a small boat, surviving until they were spotted by aircraft.

During their time together, they both felt a strong attraction, but it was not to be. He had a severely injured arm and was sent back home after his surgeries. Sam, a descendant of English royalty, fell in love with a man she couldn't have.

four years later Shane is working on Cape Cod as temporary Harbormaster. Samantha is also on Cape Cod with her family for a summer vacation. It's a wonderful reunion for them both ... except....

Someone is stalking Samantha's family. Who is the target? Why?

Who wouldn't fall in love with these characters? A Coast Guard hero .. and a beautiful young woman, with ties to the Royal Family. It's boy meets girl, boy loses girl, boy finds girl again, but she may be in more danger than even he knows. There's lots of action, but not a lot of suspense. The romance is sweet and the ending was a bit explosive.
