This was a cute romance, I was definitely interested in the story. It also grabbed my attention from the beginning and I thought it was super fun.

Not my normal go-to genre but this wasn't bad! I was actually intrigued by these characters and I enjoyed reading their story!
The writing was great! Held my attention! And I loves that.

Wow this was a beautifully done coming of age story that I could not put down. This one was full of all the feels and I can not wait for the Netflix movie to come out so I can see these characters alive. This one is for fans of Green and Sparks and just wow it will rip out your heart.

Va va voom.....love from zero to sixty in this book! This was a fun summer Euro romance that really brought me back to my late teens, galivanting around Rome!

Thank you NetGalley, Grand Central Publishing and Federico Moccia for gifting me an advance copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.
This one felt promising, but ended up being a serious let down. I’ve read that this is a MUST READ in Italy and a very loved book, but I just couldn’t get into it. Things felt too unrealistic and WAY too dramatic. The immaturity got old, quick.

I just couldn't get into this one. I really appreciated the story but I felt super far removed from the storyline and just couldn't picture this group of rag-tag boys and the idea that a man would go this hard to get a girl, it just didn't sit right with me even though I can see the love story within. Solid 3.

This book is the inspiration behind the Netflix series, Summertime, and it's finally been translated into English.
It's a modern-day Romeo and Juliet of two kids who spend the summer together in Rome, the Eternal City.

I was really excited to start this book, but I found all the character's names hard to keep straight for the beginning of the book. It is a cute heartwarming story, and I see the rom-com appeal for Netflix and people who want to feel like they know what a summer in Italy is like.

I can't wait to dive into the TV series now that I've read the book.
