A funny book in places and often amusingly irreverent. Witty and fun to read, a good book for sitting by the spa or on a plane.

This was a fabulous and in-depth read, that will keep you entertained throughout. Grace focuses on showing everyone that there is absolutely more to life than our insecurities and shame. We need to embrace ourselves and acknowledge what we love, instead of feeling guilty for it. This is a wonderful self-awareness book that has provided myself and many other readers with motivation and useful tips for the future.

A very funny and easy to read book after which you'll never look at those drab Kellog's cornflakes again without raising an eyebrow. And you might even fall in love with your own vagina. Good for you!

I'm sorry to say we need books like these to remind us there is more to life than insecurities, shame, and feeling competitive because society tells us. This mostly comes down to the patriarchy as the author rightly states, but some don't respond well to this p-word :)

Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for a copy of the book.

Grace Campbell is a triumph on instagram and in book form too it seems! In Amazing Disgrace she explores a broad range of topics. Most successful I think are the sections on sex, self-love and the acknowledgement of nepotism. A wonderfully self-aware, motivational and helpful book for the modern woman.

This was quite the read. It's frank. At times it's very funny and it certainly kept my interest. I like the fact that Campbell is not shy about what it is to be a modern, young woman. She openly talks about periods and masturbation and sex for example, which I think is fantastic. She is good on friendship and solidarity and how important it is for a woman to find her tribe. I thought it was great that she openly talks about the nepotism that clearly allowed her access to spaces and people she would have found it virtually impossible to experience otherwise. I enjoyed all the bits of the book but if I have one criticism it is that it isn't entirely coherent as a book. Its weakest part is that it meanders about. There's the idea of facing things that shame us. There's lots of ideas. Possibly too many. I think the positives of this far, far outweigh the negatives but I would really like to see what comes next. It feels like there might be something far more interesting to come.

I loved this book! I am a big fan of Grace Campbell so when I saw she was releasing a book I knew I had to read it, and I was disappointed! It goes deep into some big issues of life such as shame, the patriarchy, sex, mental health and was written for this generation. Would recommend to fans of fleabag or Dolly Alderton
