I love guided journals and like to find them from a wide variety of places because sometimes they guide me to self discovery in new ways that also can connect with my Christian faith. This book did give me some new questions and provided a helpful experience.

Thank you Net Galley for the opportunity to read this book in exchange for my opinion.

Growth is a very pretty journal with a botanical style artwork layout and colour themed in greens and yellows.
This journal has plenty of pages and lots of space for you to pen thoughts, feelings, ideas, hopes, dreams etc and it's aim is to help you achieve one main goal and purpose.
The journal has lots of prompts and questions to help you achieve your aim.

For personal use, I envison myself closing my eyes, flipping to a page ... and if I've already written on it, using the same prompt and writing on the next available writing page.

The artwork is wonderfully relaxing.

Journeying as seed, rood, leaf gives a calming focus for me.

I like the art. I like the blank pages to write in.

I'm. not thrilled with some of the quotes, however, I'm the type who will put in a quote that nudges me and write about it.

This is such a beautiful book. If you have specific goals and would like to focus on growth in a particular area of your life, this is the book for you. It is stunningly illustrated and has several different methods to approach taking tangible steps towards your growth goal.

It's both inspiring and gentle. It's both big picture and small, tangible steps. It keeps you inspired but also moving. If you, in fact, follow the steps of this book and fill it up, I am confident it will help you reach your goal. It was motivational, inspiring, and practically useful for me.

4 stars.

This was quite good. I really liked the layout of this journal. It's not just a standard journal book with lined page but it has alot of good quotes and asks you questions and gives you plenty of space to write out the answers to them to help improve yourself. The questions asked were definitely good ones and give you the opportunity to reflect on your thoughts about the particular questions. There is also space to just simply write.

I also liked the colours, lots of nature colours, particularly greens. I don't really have any thoughts of disadvantages of this journal. It's a great idea and probably going to be spot on for what some people are looking for. Overall, it's a great journal to help yourself grow to improve yourself and self reflect.

This is a lovely guided journal to help you move towards a specific goal. Prompts are listed often about things to muse about like who has supported you, what will help you meet your goal, etc. It's lushly illustrated in yellows and greens with lots of whimsical plant-related illustrations. The whole journal is done in a fun way with lots of space for writing, dreaming, planning and musing.

I read a temporary digital ARC of this book for review.

One of the best journals I've ever seen.
I think that the illustrations themselves are marvellous, and that,if nothing keeps you going. The concept is good too.

For sure the most gorgeous journal I have ever seen in my life.

I think the beautiful, earthy design is the biggest advantage of this journal. Every page is stunningly illustrated in a very inspiring way - seeds and plants are meant to symbolize growth from the title. If you're anything like me and get easily discouraged from keeping a journal (like after 2 days), this one is the perfect antidote to being a quitter. It is just too pretty not to fill it in.

To be more specific, the purpose of this particular journal is to help you narrow down your goal and help you visualize the path towards it. Perhaps it's not crystal clear from the description, but the prompts are designed precisely to help you figure out how you're going to get what you want. Paired with the beautiful design, it really makes you think. Now, to be completely transparent, this book is made for people who are not hardcore journal keepers; those who are already will likely find the prompts general and space to write insufficient. But for me personally, the amount of space and the simple questions were perfect to get me starting the daily writing habit.

I recieved this copy as an ARC through Netgalley. All opinions are my own.
I think this guided journal is a good resource for people to use who struggle to visualise their thoughts on paper, and for people who find difficulty knowing 'where to start' when it comes to visualising what they want in life or out of a particular resource like a journal. The page design was really pretty and well illustrated - I liked how the language of the questions tied into some of the illustrations or themed pages. The language used was very easy to understand and helpful. It contained clear steps to writing down simple thoughts and guided activities. I enjoyed thinking about some of the answers to the questions that the journal posed. I think that this would be a good resource for someone who is struggling, and perhaps does not feel like they are creative enough to start a journal completely from scratch. It is a little simplistic for my tastes, but as I already keep a journal, I don't think it was entirely intended for me anyways. 4/5
