I enjoyed Taylor and Pierce's friends-to-lover's romance. My favorite scenes were the weddings and bachelorette party because I loved seeing what crises would arise and how they would handle them.

4.5 Stars!
Taylor Sunshine lives in a small Jersey beach town called Cape May where she works as a wedding planner at Sunshine Bridal. She is the youngest of three sisters, and the one who wanted to spread her wings, explore and travel, but when life happens, plans change, and suddenly she's back home running the family business with her sisters. Dreams are put on hold, but over the years never forgotten. Then an opportunity presents itself to embrace something new and finally have the adventure and future she'd once imagined. Will she be able to walk away from her hometown and her best friend.
Pierce Powers has made a name for himself as a talented photographer in Cape May, but lately he longed for new experiences. He felt a sense of restlessness, and was itching for more. Cape May was a part of him, and so was his best friend Taylor. They'd been inseparable since high school, but things between them were strictly platonic. She was his ride or die, and they'd vowed to protect their relationship forever, by never getting involved romantically. He believes in her and supports all her big plans, even if they take her away from him. They were both creative souls ready to dive into their next chapter, but what will they do when one kiss changes their course? Soon boundaries are crushed and rules are broken as they surrender to their connection. As they explore some no strings attached fun over the summer lines are blurred and the easy friendship they share becomes more.
Pierce was the boy she grew up with that knew her best. Now a man, he was still her person, and the only man she allowed close. He was the one she could always count on, and accepted her completely. He made her feel treasured, but they were destined for different paths. She longed for freedom and something to soothe the wild restlessness inside her. At the end of summer will they go their separate ways, or risk it all for love?
Forever In Cape May (The Sunshine Sisters #3) by Jennifer Probst is a heartwarming friends to lovers romance about unexpected love, beautiful connections, friendship, family, loyalty, trust, and magical chemistry. This was my favorite of the series! I loved this story and seeing these characters evolve and grow. It's a fabulous, sexy, love story about self discovery and the beauty in allowing yourself to be vulnerable. Pierce Powers completely stole my heart! This man is just everything!!! <333

Oh, I love this friends-to-lovers romance - Taylor and Pierce are best friends, having known each other since high school.
When one drunken night erases all their boundaries, the two are sliding down a headlong slope into love, covered beneath an avalanche of denial. Taylor's too terrified of risking Pierce's friendship to even entertain thoughts of changing their relationship and refuses to even consider that Pierce might not want to be pigeon-holed into the security and stability of staying in Cape May to settle down and raise a family as previously thought.
As Taylor's career moves her to Paris and Pierce stays behind, can either of them be happy alone? Do lifelong hopes & dreams change and grow with us as we change and grow?
My heart ached for Taylor as she so obstinately denied her feelings for Pierce, smothered in self-doubt as she watches those around find their own love and happiness, wondering why she doesn't believe in that permanence or share those feelings. My heart also ached for Pierce at his realization that Taylor is his own love & happiness, yet loving her enough to sacrifice his own heart for her freedom.
If Taylor is going to put her fears aside and make up for the hurt her denials have caused, she has to find a gesture big enough and bold enough to show her best friend she's all in and to convince Pierce she's more than happy to take the leap and let him be her happily ever after.
I received an ARC of this book from the author in return for an honest review. I'm delighted to say that Jennifer Probst has written another winner, and the only way for Forever in Cape May to be better is to pick up the first two books in this series and get to know the other Sunshine sisters as well!

Sometimes the things you push away the hardest are the things you loved the most.
When you remember that "home" is the person and not the place, things become so much clearer.
There were so many times during this book that I wanted to shake both Taylor & Pierce! They could be so frustrating!! LOL
But as usual, the author redeemed them in the end.
Such a great read

A sweet, small town bestfriend to lovers romance full of heat, the back and forth you love and the journey it takes to let someone in even when it's scary. The final sister finds her forever in her bestfriend even though they vowed to never cross that line. She is an artist finally able to chase her dream and he is a photographer only now beginning to realize that he may not be as satisfied in life as he thought. A beautiful read and I cannot recommend it enough.

Taylor's dream is to escape Cape May and never look back. She longs to spread her wings, with Paris as her first destination. In a few months with her future set, she's about to embark on a life-changing journey taking her to the other side of the world. Best friend Pierce is happy for her but sad she will no longer be in his life physically. But after a drunk hook up, they decide to continue the FWB arrangement until she leaves. With both hiding their fears of how they really feel for one another, rash decisions are made and relationships are forever changed.
I love the deep connection and witty banter between the characters. You can feel the love, support, admiration and respect they have for each other. Their relationship is truly special and can never be broken, despite the miscommunication and hidden truths. This is a great read that makes you want to be part of Cape May. Looking forward to reading more books from this author.
Thank you Netgalley and Montlake for the opportunity to read this book.

I think this is my favorite of the 3 books! Taylor and Pierce are that non couple that everyone knows never to get in between. Best friends for years until one drunken night, everything changes. Despite the pact never to cross the friendship line to sex and feelings, one night is enough to throw that pact out. Taylor is leaving to chase her dreams, dreams she’s been ready to follow for years. She’s so afraid that she can’t have dreams and a relationship too. Pierce and Taylor decide they will keep the friends with benefits relationship till she leaves. But when they both truly realize they fell in love with each other, what can they do especially when neither can admit it to each other. Even when Pierce realizes his home is whoever Taylor is, she’s so scared of really letting her guard down. Despite being miserable she feel likes pushing pierce away is what is best, but it’s really what’s safe not not best. The relationship between them is so heartwarming. It shows the foundation of a great love can come from the years of friendship that is unbreakable. Loved the playful banter their chemistry and their fun loving, even just frolicking in the ocean. This story is perfection!!!

Have you ever read the first book in a series and pinpointed the couple who would show up in a future novel and just knew that theirs would be the book, the one you were really looking forward to? That was exactly what happened when I read Love on Beach Avenue, the first novel in Jennifer Probst’s The Sunshine Sisters series. I knew I would love the book that youngest, most prickly Sunshine sister, Taylor, would find love with her best friend, Pierce. And, guess what? I did.
Taylor is coming to the end of her time at the family wedding planning business, which she never really wanted to be part of to begin with but felt obliged to. Now she can concentrate solely on her art. She has a showing in Paris, thanks to her almost brother-in-law. The world is really turning her way. But then she and her best friend since Freshman year of high school, Pierce, and she get more than a little tipsy and make love. And nothing will be the same.
One of the the things I love about Jennifer’s romances is that she goes beyond the typical romance so that we get to be a part of Taylor creating art; Pierce seeing the world through his viewfinder. Yes, the romance is front and center, but we also get to see what makes these characters tick. They become much more to us than merely a couple. And, I love it. There is also a lovely scene in which Pierce asks a groom’s 91-year old grandmother about how love changes–and what she says is something we all should take to heart.
Jennifer also imbues the novel with so much feeling. Her characters feel awe and so do we. She has a knack for placing us with the characters in the scene. Even the steamy ones. I related to the creativity of both Taylor and Pierce. Creatives are a different breed and I think Jennifer did such a great job of portraying this.
I also loved how this novel ended up in Paris. It reminded me of her Our Italian Summer. She makes us feel like we’re in Paris. And for all of us who miss traveling, this is a godsend.
I have not read the middle book in the series, so I feel very safe in saying that you can enjoy Forever in Cape May as a standalone and I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a luscious beach read.
I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Loved finally getting this long time friends become lovers story! I’ve been dying to know through this series how these two would go. Taylor doesn’t feel like she is cut out for that forever kind of love-except she has the most beautiful love for Pierce her forever best friend.
Too many tequilas end with these two falling into each other’s arms creating all kinds of awkwardness. I love how steamy they were and tender they tried to be with each other’s hearts. Would their dreams and futures be together or take them on separate journeys. All the love for the sunshine sisters of Cape May!

What do you get when you combine the Jersey shore, a wedding planner business, and true love? Jennifer Probst's latest book, Temptation on Ocean Drive. This is the second book from The Sunshine Sisters series and it can be enjoyed as a standalone.

5 Dreams May Change Stars!!!
I’ve so loved this series especially since I’m so familiar with Cape May having moved to the east coast several years ago. But more than that, Taylor and Pierce have intrigued me from the very beginning. I always wondered if there was more to their best friend relationship. The connection between them is strong and forevermore. But as Taylor is getting ready to leave for Paris to pursue her dream of painting, things change in one night.
Because Taylor and Pierce are such great friends, they decide to take advantage of their status change and this leads to all the emotional feels I love about a Jennifer Probst book. Her characters truly feel like friends to me, especially the Sunshine Sisters. They love and work hard so you can imagine how the friends with benefits arrangement between Taylor and Pierce may change the dynamics at work too!
I’m not going to say too much more because this book will give you all the feels both good and bad because things may not go the way we want them to go…. But you’ll need to read this book to find out exactly what happens when friends become lovers!!

This book may be the third in the series but it's still a fun and entertaining read.
Friends to more is my favorite trope and so I was looking forward to Taylor and Pierce's story. After getting to know them a bit in previous books it was interesting to get inside their heads and see what happens when they finally realize they were meant to be together.
I thought the story flowed nicely and I liked the growth of their friendship and romantic relationship.
I am looking forward to seeing what Jennifer Probst writes next!

Taylor has an artistic soul but when tragedy struck her family, she returned to her hometown to be there for her sisters and help with the event planning business the family owns. Now that her sisters have found her happy ever, she finally has the chance to follow her dreams but that meant leaving Pierce who is not only her best friend but her other half.
Pierce works for the family business as the photographer and was content with his life as long as Taylor was in it. With her impending departure they push the boundaries of their relationship and realize that they may not be able to resume their previous relationship unscarred.
Taylor and Pierce both want what is best for each other and assume they know what that is. Although it wasn’t without a little turmoil and angst, they realize what truly matters and that everything else comes second.

I was excited to read “Forever in Cape May” because the beautiful seaside town of Cape May is magical, welcoming and the perfect place to fall in love. I love Taylor and I couldn’t wait to find out how she really felt about Pierce. I love her pink hair, feisty attitude and infectious personality. The closeness of the Sunshine sisters and the fun they have at work and at home is refreshing and emphasizes the importance of family.
Taylor loves working with her sisters but she doesn’t love what she does. Taylor’s restless spirit called to her to travel and pursue a career in the art world. Leaving her family would be hard, but saying goodbye to Pierce would be heartbreaking. He was her soulmate, her better half and he was the only person who truly understood her. Taylor and Pierce are creative artists who share everything with each other: their hopes and dreams, nights on the couch watching movies, and fun days at the beach. Every minute they spent together was special and created more memories for their scrapbook. I enjoyed watching Taylor and Pierce fall in love even though they were trying to fight it. Their new feelings for each other were intense and confusing, but not unexpected. Perhaps this was what their relationship was always meant to become.
“Forever in Cape May” is a heart-tugging and emotional story of friendship, love and chasing your dreams. I could sense the deep feelings between Taylor and Pierce immediately and I desperately wanted them to be together forever! Pierce would never hold Taylor back from pursuing her dreams but the sadness Pierce was exhibiting was overwhelming and all-consuming. He wanted her to be happy but he couldn’t see a life without her and he was afraid she would never come back. It was inevitable that their desire for each other would be too strong to ignore. They came together in love because it had always been there. The only question was whether love was all they needed, or would their lives take them in different directions and lead to an uncertain future?

All the damn feels!
This is the story of Taylor and Pierce, long time best friends who discover, as their lives change to new career paths, that they actually felt in love with each other. But try to keep their friendship. And each other safe in their ways.
This a masterpiece of the friends to lovers trope. There is nothing rushed, and there is this interesting level where they have been friends for a long time, not harboring a crush, but suddenly a surprise night changes everything. They were not in love forever, which gives an interesting side to the story. It's beautifully written the way they navigate their emotions. Both characters are very special, Taylor is such a "no girly girl", the wedding planner who doesn't want love, and Pierce is absolutely precious, so very caring and loving and understanding.
Their story is charming, there is the beautiful addition of how each of their art and career choice reflect their emotions, there are funny moments, the adorable family and there is little drama, there is just so much goodness in this series. And at the end - all the feels! Beautiful!

The final book in the Sunshine Sisters series does not disappoint! Taylor & Peirce's story has all of the feels, romance and humor, of which Jennifer Probst never fails to deliver. My heart went through many emotions during this book; Happiness, contentment and heartbreak.. I have yet to be disappointed in a Jennifer Probst book and I'm sure I never will be. Although this is a series, you don't have to read the other books to enjoy Forever in Cape May, but, it will enhance the story..

Taylor Sunshine is just marking time at Sunshine Bridal. She wants to paint and travel the world. Finally the time is at hand, she's poised at the cusp of fulfilling all her dreams and more. Of course her muse has deserted her at this crucial junction and she needs help. Help comes in the form of inspiration and encouragement from her best friend Pierce who's always been there for her through thick and thin. Of course if you've been reading the series you know that Pierce is madly in love with Taylor even though she's completely oblivious. Is it finally time for Pierce to fulfill what's in his heart?
Friends with benefits, just a summer fling that gets Taylor's creative juices flowing such that she's creating art that expresses the joy and creativity that is filling her life. Of course their tryst has to be a secret from her family but as we all know secrets have a way of finding an out. Pierce and the two men engaged to Taylor's sisters have formed a pack and it is so fun to see them gossiping with each other. We think girls have a pack? wait till you meet Pierce with Gabe and Carter.
Pierce is also at a cross roads. He does great work and is well established and constantly in demand but not all of what he's doing satisfies the creative edge for him. As Taylor paints her heart out he begins exploring opportunities to exercise his own creativity. He travels to Paris to attend Taylor's exhibition and it seems that finally the two of them are on the same page and things are truly looking forward for them. And them Wham! it comes to a screeching halt.
This series has been superb with the emotional connection between the three couples and Bella's little girl Zoe. While I suppose you can read this book as a stand alone it will be so much more powerful if the three books are read in order. The family dynamics and chemistry is superb. The angst between Taylor and Pierce is real and of course things will work themselves out into a happy ending since this is a romance. I'm sorry to see this series end and can't wait to see where the author will take us next.

I'll keep this short: I've been enjoying this series, so I read this for completion's sake, but that blurb had all kinds of red flags in it for me. And they all came true. I can't really blame the book for delivering on its promise of a cringe-worthy friends with benefits arrangement between two longtime friends who should definitely know that they can't keep feelings out of the equation. We got a few peeks at this relationship prior to the start of the book, so I was already hesitant going in. It was predictable, went on way too long, and was generally a frustrating read. But not poorly written, and not unexpected based on the blurb. It just wasn't my kind of love story.

I was really looking forward to Taylor’s story, and my favorite trope is friends to lovers. But when Pierce and Taylor conclude at the beginning of their story that there’s no chemistry, the reader (and author) should have believed them.
Although Pierce isn’t lacking feelings for Taylor, she just wants to hang onto that “ride or die” friendship. I get that, but is there really no chemistry (definitely, from the way it’s written) or does she just not want there to be any?
Either way, it dragged any interest I might have had right out of me, and I was just waiting for the story to end. And even though the end is the best part of the book, it was by then too little and much too late. I wish this series would have ended better than it began, but sadly for this reader. It didn’t.
