This story is not all about titillation and getting your rocks off. It has a very poignant and real issue at the heart of it. We want survivors to tell their story but maybe they don’t want to and maybe it brings up too many horrible memories. I loved the fact that Zoe took charge of her life. She confronted her assailants and did it her own way. The love story between Rhys and Zoe was beautiful and romantic. Still smiling. Throw in Rhys partners and friends and I see fireworks exploding. Archer and Elise I am looking at you.

Watch Me is one sexy read. I loved every moment of this one and could not put this one down. You will love the strength Zoey has after learning about her past. You get why she does what she does. There is something about Rhys that will just pull you right in and will not let go. The chemistry is off the charts between Rhys and Zoey. Rhys is so gentle and caring when it comes to Zoey and her experiences. I really can't wait to get to know Rhys and Zoey's friends more throughout the Phoenix series. Watch Me is a fantastic start to the Phoenix series that you will not want to walk away from.

I don’t usually read much romance but the synopsis seemed different to the standard stuff so I took a chance. I’m really glad I did because this was a fun read with a good story and well defined characters. Surprisingly convincing, this goes beyond fantasy and offers a plot which is realistic and which draws you in.

Thank you NetGalley and Tthe author for the advanced reading copy. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

To be honest, I kinda expect the book to be hotter, just based on the description. But I'm not disappointed with the story as it is.

I find that the story is more sweet than sexy. The male characters in the book are all super protective and I don't know how I feel about that. I think at some point my eyes rolled back a little at the overprotectiveness of the guys in the story. I mean, Zoey is no damsel in distress but at times, she certainly behaves like one so I don't quite get who she really is. She said she's strong but I'm not convinced. I'm all about female empowerment but [decided to be publicly fucked by a stranger in front of the men who post naked photos and spread rumours about you are not a strong version of female empowerment

Holy Moly, Watch Me, is completely packed with eroticism. I'm not sure if I've read one so hot from Stacey Kennedy, before. I will waiting impatiently for the second book in this series to come out.

Zoey wants revenge against old rivals, but needs to do it and then get away. When Rhys starts to fall for Zoey, everything changes. Rhys is everything you’d want, and the secondary characters help make the story unforgettable. This book catches you from the very first page and I could not put it down. I can’t wait for the next one!

Zoey Parker had explicit photos posted of her a year ago after being drugged now she has a three-step plan for revenge. First, gain entrance to the ultra-exclusive, upscale sex club, Phoenix. Second, act out her wildest fantasy in front of powerful old rivals, proving that they didn’t break her. Third, disappear and never return. The only kink in her plan? Rhys Harrington, the owner of Phoenix .
Rhys’ high-end clients pay extravagant amounts to watch his stars indulge their desires. Rhys’ only rule? Watch, don’t touch. But one look at Zoey and Rhys decides to participate in the show himself. And when an undeniable passion ignites between them, Rhys knows he wants more. When Rhys discovers Zoey’s secret, he shocks her by offering his protection and a no-strings-attached relationship.
A new series that captivated me from the start & held me totally engrossed until the last page, I read this enthralling book in two sittings. Yes it was explicit, erotic & sexy but it also had a story with a punch. I loved Zoey who wanted to get her life back & put the past firmly behind her & Rhys utterly gorgeous both inside & outside, he was also finding it hard to move forward but together they were able to heal each other. We were also introduced to Rhys’ three friends & Zoey's two & sparks flew between some of them, I can't wait for the rest of the series
My honest review is for a special copy I voluntarily read

After finding justice against two men who ruined her life, Zoey Parker finds herself thrust into the erotic world of Rhys Harrington. When he offers to give her his heart and show her that love is still possible, Zoey must let go of her past in order to reclaim her life again.

[[TRIGGER WARNING: Sexual Assault, Suicide, and Death]]

I don't know what I was expecting when I first read the description of this book. Did I expect it to be sexy? Yes, especially when our protagonist finds herself at a sex club. Did Stacey Kennedy deliver eroticism? Oh, yes. But it wasn't cheesy or over the top, either; Zoey, our protagonist, experiences freedom through this club, and as a reader, we pick that up.

Zoey's journey hit home in a way sexual assault survives can relate to. Her anxieties, fears, and doubts were all too real; her having to come to terms with what happened to her and how to proceed with her life thereafter was real, too. I repeat real so much because it's a struggle, one only the survivor knows. None of Zoey's choices or thoughts felt cheapened for the sake of the plot. She was another young woman who was wronged BUT chose to be strong. Chose to keep living. And all of that takes courage.

Of course, Rhys is an angel. A sexy, protective, wealthy angel. While he was essentially the strong, assertive man we want Zoey to be with, he was more than the stereotype. He had his own things to overcome, his own pain to learn how to heal. It was refreshing to read a romance novel where said strong, assertive male character isn't helpless in expressing himself or there to play games. Rhys knew what he wanted from the beginning and it was Zoey; he was going to do whatever he could to have her, but the choice to love him was always hers.

This book also dealt with sensitive topics aside from sexual assault, such as suicide and the grief/pain of a dying cancer patient. As with this whole book, everything felt carefully crafted. None of it felt like it was done for shock value, rather circumstances that unfolded because of a character's choice or something outside of their control.

Another bonus about this book was the other characters! The author created strong and vivid characters, that I was really excited that there is a spin-off on Elise and Hunt!

So sexy but the love story got me the most.

I flit in and out of the BDSM type stories because I’m not a sadist. I don’t like pain so when the story is dominated by scene after scene, it tends to lose my interest.

But when I read the synopsis for this story I knew it was going to have a different twist. This was a very special and empowering story.

I don’t want to give away the plot but let me just say that I don’t think I have read many stories where the male character is so compassionate and in tune with a woman than in this story. He gives her a platform to take back her control.

Not only is he hot as sin and owns many cool businesses but he has to address his anger and hurt as well.

And what’s cool about that is his friends are perfectly matched with the same type of concern for women and I just know there are more stories coming that I can’t wait to read.

I love the way Kennedy decided to write this book. You start after a main event and then it goes backwards to get the rest of the story. The shocking event cries out at the injustice of sexual abuse and yet offers its own platform for taking a stand.

This story is amazing in so many ways. Sexy, steamy, sensual, courageous, satisfying, empowering. I love the awesome connection between the main characters and wish I knew someone like Rhys! Damn, so hot.

A taste of BDSM but mainly an awsome story of heat, lust, and perfect matches. Romance at it's best!

Whoa. Zoey and Rhys were hot. Rhys club and his friends are HAWT! Zoey's friends aren't too shabby either. There was drama, romance, club scenes, hot sex, and fun. Great story that I haven't read before. When you thought it was over, but wait there are two more chapters plus an epilogue. I can't wait to read Archer and Elise's HEA...it's gonna be HAWT!

3 1/2 Stars for this quick read.

After attending her first Frat party, Zoey woke up with no idea where she was and her clothes ripped. A few days later a picture from that night circulated the campus and Zoey’s life took a turn for the worse. A year later, she’s trying to get back control of her life by revenging her abusers. She goes to a private club where she lets a stranger take her virginity in front of a crowd which included her abusers. But when Zoey and this stranger meet, the sparks fly between them. Rhys owns this private club and sometimes partakes in the acts ... especially when they are sensitive. But the last thing that Rhys would ever think is that he would fall head over heels for this virgin. And now Zoey and Rhys journey begins.

I liked the storyline but I just thought that, at times, the banter between the characters just didn’t flow. I did like Zoey for being a strong woman and Rhys for being a sweet guy. And the intimate scenes between them were very steamy.

I received an early copy courtesy of the author in exchange for a honest review.

I previously read this authors Club Sin series which featured a BDSM club and lifestyle and if brutally honest got bored of that trope so it was with some trepidation that I decided to give this new series a go. It's definitely very different as its more about eroticism and sensuality rather than feeling free due to pain or relinquishing control. Actually this story is all about Zoey taking back control and finally feeling free. I know it sounds very odd that and perhaps implausible that a virgin would sell off her virginity in order to get revenge but actually this author had me believing in her plan and motivation. Rhys is the guy who takes very special care of her and it was easy to understand that he was protective and in some ways had walled off his feelings. Yes its steamy and the romance kicked off pretty quickly but there were still boundaries to break down until this couple could finally admit what they both wanted and more to the point needed.
This voluntary take is of a copy I requested from Netgalley and my thoughts and comments are honest and I believe fair

I am a fan of this author and have read numerous books by her. I found the premise for the plot to be unbelievable and struggled to move on from the first chapter. The characters were likeable, and I finished the book, but I think that, overall, the story was rushed and underdeveloped, I do look forward though to the next book in the series to see if it is a more complete story because the characters were quite interesting.

⚠️ This story may cause a trigger as it features women being drugged and filmed without their consent. ⚠️

I was genuinely enthralled from the very first paragraph of Watch Me, and really had no idea where it was going to go and the ride this story and these characters took me on was fantastic. I loved the guys Rhys, Archer, Hunt, and Kieran, and the girls Zoey, and her two friends Elise and Hazel, who truly are the type of girlfriends that everyone should have. And the story just flowed, was seriously hot, intense, powerful, and gripping to say the very least.

Can't wait to read more!!!

Would definitely recommend.

Zoey, a dog groomer, has a plan to get back at some people that tried to destroy her. First she gets into an exclusive sex club. Next she lives out her fantasy in front of a room full of people. Finally she shows the ones who tried to take her down, that she was not broken. After she plans to move back home to Sacramento but the owner of the club comes looking for her. Rhys is the owner of Phoenix, the exclusive sex club and he goes by the rules..watch but don’t touch. Until Zoey. Now he throwing all the rules out and doing something he thought he’d never do, fall in love.
Excellent start to a new series. Voyeurism, bondage, and revenge. A man who lives life to the fullest and a woman who is learning that not all people are bad.
