This one is a hard one to review because I almost didn’t finish it but I’m so glad I did. At first I could not stand Kylie, and after finishing the story I know understand that you aren’t supposed to like her at first and Rayna York does a fantastic job of making you feel that way. Kylie is very entitled and selfish character at first, but thinking back I suppose I would be like that if I had to walk in her shoes. As the story progresses she grows as person and although she’s nowhere near perfect, I like her much better at the end. My two favorite characters though are Charles and Harlow. I love Charles’ grumpiness and his backstory made me so sad, and Harlow was just too cute.
