I don't struggle with meal prepping, but I do struggle with incorporating more plants in my prep so this book is so greatly appreciated.

Loved the dessert and soup/stew sections! I trie 4 recipes from this book and my family enjoyed every one of them, although we are not really plant-based oriented. Delighted to discover this gem!

A great book to start your journey into meal prep to prepare your week and your life for a healthy plant-based lifestyle.

What a nice cookbook! I am just beginning to look into replacing some of my meat based meals with plant based options instead. I felt like the material was well written and presented in an easy to follow manner. I look forward to trying out several of these recipes.

This book had some great recipes. It was the perfect timing when I got approved for this book, as I had decided to become vegan. This book offers friendly recipes that everyone can cook.

I'm always excited to try a new vegan cookbook! Some are bigger hits than others, most I'll borrow from my local library but not purchase my own copy. This one? Chock full of recipes I want to make!

Thank you to Adams Media and NetGalley for the eARC in exchange for my honest review.

I did not read this through the lens of an educator.

I did read through the lens of someone who is moving towards a more-plant based lifestyle. I found the Everything Plant-Based Meal Prep Cookbook to be a wonderful guide. I greatly the matter-of-face beginning along with the meal plans for several weeks. The meal plans are easy to use and help support a more plant-based lifestyle. The recipes included easy to find ingredients for anywhere and were easy to follow. The photographs throughout the cookbook were appealing. I would recommend this as a must have for anyone who is beginning their journey into this lifestyle.

The recipes sound great and each one has the nutritional facts included. I wish there were more photos, but I loved that there are tips or answers to questions you may have for individual recipes. The recipes themselves aren't that unique or adventurous, but they're also meant to be simple enough to be able to meal prep with. This seems like a great beginner's plant-based recipe book to learn how to turn some of your favorite classics such as quesadillas or pulled pork into a plant-based meal.

I quite enjoyed this book. I’m a vegetarian but I’m always looking for new and healthy recipes.
The book starts with an informative introduction that talks a lot about the basics but is sure to give everyone - from someone who usually eats meat to someone who has had a plant-based diet for a while - many useful tips. With 200 recipes there is a lot of variety. They’re easy to follow, original and sound absolutely delicious.

**I received and voluntarily read an e-ARC from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.**

Overall, it's a nice cookbook, and worth a look if you don't have similar cookbooks. Nothing new or earth shattering.

This is a great cookbook with a lot of recipes to pick from and love they are so plant based. Its a good goal to have a couple of these a week. I also like that the recipes are clear and easy to read- which is very important in a cookbook!

I really enjoyed this cookbook! I have been interested in meal prep for some time but it is difficult to find plant-based meal prep recipes. This book was very straight forward and had some delicious recipes throughout. I will definitely pick up a finished copy to keep in my kitchen.

I admit, I’m a meat-eater, but it’s not for a lacking of trying a plant-based diet. With kids in the house, I’ve used that as my excuse to stay lax with how much I push the Vegan and Vegetarian cuisine, but the true cause has been my lack of imagination. Growing up with a specific idea of what a meal should contain has made it hard to imagine a recipe or meal without meat, as it’s always been the center of the plate.

With this book, not only do get recipes upon recipes of delicious and good-for-you dishes, you find a way to work around those old ideas to create something new and no-less delicious than the old stuff you were prepping before. This will forever be a guide to creating beautiful and tasty meals without the dead flesh.

While I wouldn’t call this a particularly creative cookbook, I will say that it did have a lot of recipes to get started cooking vegetarian or vegan, and that’s where it stands out.

For me, though, the cookbook was slightly too preachy on the benefits of eating plant-based (I’ve already picked the cookbook up, so I don’t really need the convincing). It also relied a little too much on using tofu and tempeh as meat replacements. I’m a huge fan of tempeh, but I also much prefer it as tempeh, not when it’s trying to masquerade as bacon, and there was a little too much of that in this cookbook for me, when what I was hoping for were creative vegetarian options.

What stood out as a positive was the baking section. It’s tricky to make vegan baked goods, with all the substitutions that you have to deal with, and this cookbook provided enough baking recipes for you to really get started in learning to bake plant-based.

The Everything Plant-Based Meal Prep cookbook has easy to make, low fuss recipes that appealed to me. I am a vegetarian since infancy and have been unsatisfied about egg substitutes. I was glad to see numerous options to substitute in egg based recipes. The recipes have added information about nutritional value and storage of left-overs .I would've liked to see more photographs of dishes. I also would have liked to know about alternate methods of cooking which could be used in place of baking.. This book, I think, wouldn't have worldwide appeal since many ingredients might not be available everywhere. Overall the book is quite helpful and I am quite eager to try most of the recipes.

I have been vegan for almost five years and have been batch cooking/meal prepping for many years before that. This book joins both of those in a simple, easy to follow book. There are many helpful tips and tricks for meal prepping in general but then also provides some great recipes you can make in advance.

I cannot wait to buy this cookbook! As someone who loves eating and planning, I can tell I’m going to get a lot of use from this book.

I’ve always wanted to meal prep, but it seems so overwhelming. This book gives you all the tools you need to get started. Not only is the book filled with healthy plant-based recipes that sound delicious, there’s also practical information on how to manage the actual meal prepping, storing, and reheating.

Whether you’re interested in making a lifestyle change, or just flirting with eating more whole-food plant-based dishes, I think you would benefit from having this cookbook in your collection.

This review was written as kind of a first impression of the book. I haven’t tried the recipes yet, but I fully intend to purchase this book! Thank you Netgalley and Adams Media for the chance to review this ARC!
