I never knew that strawberries can be used in so many ways. I'm delightful about the many recipes that this book provides. This is heaven and a must have for every strawberry lover!

I like all the other people who got this book love strawberries!

Unfortunately there’s a good chance I will never make anything from this book as it’s measurements are all cups so no good for us living where we don’t use this method of measure! Why can’t they put grams in brackets!? I’ve tried before to use a recipe and convert the cups…… doesn't work and it’s a waste of time trying.

It’s a shame because there are lots of things I might have tried and the pictures are great.

Lovely little cookbook for the summer! I purchased both strawberry and blueberry love cookbooks from Storey and have not been disappointed with circulation.

Tried a few of the deserts it listed and loved the outcome! I will say though most of the unique foods like the one with fish I will never try. It just doesn't seem to be a good combination. But most definitely the deserts were amazing

I was so happy to see someone else's love for strawberries (and shared into a cookbook). From the basic information of strawberries in the intro (they're anti-inflammatory and may improve heart health - yes!), to the tips and tricks to the recipes, I am so grateful to have this as a resource. There are gluten-free recipes, gluten recipes, and all drool-worthy. I enjoyed the layout of the numbered instructions, lovely photos, and above all, the huge appreciation for this humble fruit. #StrawberryLove #NetGalley

Strawberry Love is packed full of mouth-watering strawberry recipes. I marked so many to try. The only downside is that I have to wait for strawberry season to return!

Lovely book with beautiful photographs. It has inspired me to bake before strawberry season ends and is also a useful reference for baking with fruit.

I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. Strawberry is my favorite fruit and flavor of all time. So seeing them made in to syrup for pancakes, smoothies, pies, and so much more made my soul very happy. When I was looking through the recipes in this book it brought back memories of being wild strawberries in the summer time and eating them with vanilla ice cream. It was just a book that made me feel so happy and love that berry even more.

Strawberry Love: 45 Sweet and Savory Recipes for Shortcakes, Hand Pies, Salads, Salsas, and More. By Cynthia Graubart. 2021. Storey Publishing, LLC (ARC eBook).

I lot of great variety for strawberries. The fruit isn’t just for dessert and the pictures are great and the recipe directions clear and easy to understand.

Strawberry Love is a delightful cooking book for a strawberry lovers. Whether open on your kitchen island or closed on your coffee table, it is a must-have for all cooking and baking fans.

I learned quite a lot about strawberries: from their origins to their virtues, how to handle them and how to best cook them.
I used to believe that strawberries could only be eaten sweet, but Cynthia Graubart proved me wrong.

My favorite recipes are the Skillet Strawberry Cobbler and the English Summer Strawberry Trifle.

Thank you Net Galley and Storey Publishing for this e-ARC in exchange for my honest review.

This was a delightful and delicious cookbook all about strawberries that had my mouth watering at the first recipe. At the beginning you'll find wonderful tips for cooking strawberries, how to store them, the best time to pick them, how best to freeze strawberries, and even how you can dry them. All helpful in getting the most out of your strawberries which I found quite helpful. I first made my way through the whole cookbook and picked out several recipes that I knew I would want to try. I like using a cast iron pan so I made the Skillet Strawberry Cobbler and it was delicious. I also tried the Skillet Strawberry Chocolate Chip Cookie because the combination of strawberries and chocolate is always a hit. The Strawberry Crumb Cake recipe was easy to follow and turned out beautifully, I found it great for breakfast to go along with a cup of coffee. I also made the Sour Cream Strawberry Waffles because I love coming across new ways to make Waffles. There are also some lovely savory style dishes that I can't wait to try I was just in a sweet mood when trying out recipes. If you are a lover of Strawberries this is definitely a must read.

So. Many. Delicious. Strawberry. Recipes! Strawberries are probably the best berry - you can eat them raw, as a jam, boiled, frozen, with sweet treats, savory dishes, and plenty of different alcoholic beverages. This book has some truly mouth-watering recipes. Just in time for strawberry season, too! Mmm, strawberries.

Strawberry Love: 45 Sweet and Savory Recipes for Shortcakes, Hand Pies, Salads, Salsas, and More by Cynthia Graubart

It is Strawberry Festival time here in Poteet, TX, so Strawberry Love by Cynthia Graubart is required reading! (The Strawberry Festival is Poteet's main attraction.)

There are 45 recipes and they are broken into Bright Mornings, Savory Delights, and Sweet Treats. The introduction provides great tips on selecting strawberries, picking your own, storing, and even how to cut a strawberry.

There are so many recipes that I want to try! Where do I even start? The Strawberry Crumb Cake looks amazing and not that difficult to make. I look forward to making the Small-Batch Refrigerator Strawberry Jam. It looks really easy and would definitely get eaten in my house! I think the Fish Tacos with Strawberry Salsa sounds to die for (my husband vetoed the salsa, so he can use the jarred stuff), but I would omit the Avocado Cream because I just can't eat avocadoes. I can't decide if I will make the Skillet Strawberry Cobbler or the Oatmeal-Crumble Strawberry Crisp first! Also, I'll be making the Rustic Strawberry Galette because I love how light that kind of pies are.

I'm definitely excited about this recipe book! I recommend it to anyone who loves strawberries!

I'm so grateful to Cynthia Graubart, Storey Publishing, and NetGalley for providing me with a free copy of this ARC ebook in exchange for my honest review.

Thank you NetGalley, Cynthia Graubart and Storey Publishing for the ARC copy of Strawberry Love. This is my personal review.
I love everything about strawberries. This book was a pure joy for me to read.
From the beginning where I got a bit of history of strawberries to tips for cooking with them giving me ideas for the best ingredients to use when making the recipes provided.
I could not pick out my favorite recipe from all that were in the book. Strawberry Crumb Cake was the first one I read, and I thought it would not be topped by any others, but I was wrong. There were so many great ones that I could not choose by the time I got to the last recipe.
The illustrations with each recipe just added to the wonderful book.
This book will be given by me to all the wonderful cooks in my family. This is surely a keeper to add to my cookbook collection.

Well laid out collection of delicious sounding strawberry recipes, sounding so good, I don’t plan on waiting for my plants to bear fruit. I will instead grab some at the store to get a jump start on making my favorites. I expect multiple requests for repeats just by reading the recipes. I requested and received a NetGalley ARC to peruse gratis and offer my opinion same.

STRAWBERRY LOVE by Cynthia Graubart

Who doesn't like strawberries and all of the wonderful things you can do with them. My family makes a wonderful fresh strawberry pie or even simply crushes a few strawberries and serves them over ice cream. I wanted to find out more of the ways to enjoy the wonderful red berry.

The categories of recipes included are tips for cooking with strawberries; cook's notes; bright mornings; savory delights; and sweet treats. Something for everyone. Cookies, cakes, pies, beverages, gluten-free recipes, ice creams, sorbet, tacos, and pork chops it is impossible to go wrong with this cookbook.

Highly recommend. Beautiful full-color photographs of most of the prepared foods.

Much gratitude to #netgalley for the complimentary copy of #strawberrylove for the love of #strawberries I was under no obligation to post a review.
