The recipes are well written, and use everyday ingredients.. With over 45 sweet and savory recipes to savor, this is truly a Strawberry Lovers Dream come true!

Beautiful book.
I love the variety in this book. Often times when we think about strawberries we're considering strawberry shortcake and strawberry jam and we forget that it can be used and so many creative ways. I feel like this book definitely gives you some creative ideas to try. I'm a big time very lover and this is the kind of book that is right at my alley. Below are just a few of the recipes I'm excited to try.

This book was nearly the same as the blueberry cookbook by the same author, which I also enjoyed quite a lot. The recipes were very similar to the other cookbooks and came out amazingly. Overall, this was a very well done cookbook, and I recommend it if you love strawberries!

Really good recipes with strawberries as the star. Sweet, savory, for breakfast, dessert or main course, you’ll find something new to try. There’s a bread with strawberries and nuts that sounds (and looks) really good; a butter, jam and a skillet cookie that are now in my To Bake list.
Beautiful pictures, good tips and useful information. Easy to follow instructions, no-fuss ingredients and states how many servings yields each recipe,

I'm lucky enough to grow strawberries in my garden during the summer months, so I was certainly interested to see what I could do with them apart from make ice cream or a flan!

There are lots of recipes to chose from, some are sweet, and some are savoury - I've never though of having strawberries with pork chops or chicken before.

The measurements are in imperial only, give the serving sizes, but does not provide preparation or cooking times. Each recipe comes with a colour photograph. The instructions are well written and easy to follow.

There are certainly plenty of recipes to try with the strawberry and would make a good addition to any bookshelf.

A great reference for strawberry lovers! Nice short introduction and delicious sounding recipes - some expected and some unexpected. I would purchase this book as a reference. Beautifully written book with mouth watering pictures and easy to follow recipes! I'm such a fan of strawberries so I'm very excited to try some of the recipes. Love the color pop of the pictures, and it's amazing the diversity of recipes there are (pork chops, margaritas, ice cream)

I was really intrigued by a cookbook dedicated to strawberries, one of my absolute favorite fruits that I keep in my refrigerator pretty much at all times. I wondered would there be anything new or interesting that I hadn't thought of and the answer is yes, There are still the tried and true standbys, but there are definitely some new and interesting recipes here. There are even a couple of savory recipes sprinkled into the glorious desserts. I truly can not wait to try them all!

This cookbook is entirely dedicated to the strawberry. The author uses the fruit in a number of ways. The recipes are well set out and easy to follow and I would recommend this to anyone who likes strawberries! I also picked up Blueberry Love by the same author and found it to be an excellent book

This recipe book includes recipes for everyone. It has recipes for sweet treats, savory meals, and even a nice cocktail. I love how the introduction to this book included a little bit of history with strawberries and how to pick the best ones in the wild or in the grocery store.

The first recipe was for Strawberry crumb cake and it looks incredible......what a start! I was shocked at the amount of beautiful recipes in this book and the photographs are just gorgeous. There are so many to choose from including skillet strawberry cobbler and drinks like strawberry lemon-limeade. I am now feeling really hungry!

Yum, strawberries! The book begins with cooking tips and then we get into the recipes. While I would personally need to make some adjustments to eliminate the animal products called for (some aren't possible to veganize but others would be easy to adjust), I found several recipes I'd love to try. The accompanying photos are beautifully shot and certainly add to the appeal of the recipes. Recipes cover a wide range, from beverages (both alcoholic and non) to desserts to main dishes. Many are well known uses for strawberries but there are some surprises here. There's sure to be something to suit every strawberry lover!

It's clear that the author loves fresh fruit and where it comes from. I'd love to hear more about her experiences picking fresh strawberries each year as she's clearly enthusiastic about it. The little she talked about it has me wanting to pick buckets of strawberries as well. She details interesting health benefits of strawberries that were new to me. The recipes are pretty straightforward and each has a photo that's colorful and intriguing. Honestly, most of them were a bit too sweet for me (there's a lot of heavy whipping cream), but I have a few new recipes to try as well.

Overall, I like her style and would definitely read other cookbooks by this author.

I love searching through recipe books and adore strawberries so this was a win win for me, there are so many lovely recipes in here and I’m excited to try many of them! Even more so for next year when we go hand picking strawberries again. All the recipes are very well written, clear and an easy to follow format.
