Matters have reached crisis point and the 'Ejected' find themselves removed from Earth until they come up with the solutions to reverse climate change. The Ejected are 'ordinary' people who, for a variety of reasons, are responsible for the the rising level of greenhouse gases which are going to destroy the planet. They are tasked with finding solutions linked to their particular mistakes ranging from promoting the use of fossil fuels, excess use of energy & climate change deniers. Can they collectively come up with the solutions to solve the problem & be allowed 'home'?
A book which gives an overview of some of the solutions which could impact on climate change. However in an attempt to include as much factual information as possible the 'story' can sometimes feel a bit clunky and contrived. This being said the information included should help young people consider the options and help them engage with the solutions to a global problem.

It’s satire about climate change and that’s funny. Personally I agree on ejecting some people off the planet, lol. This story also points to the obvious problems with overpopulation that is literally killing our planet, and people are usually too political correct to mention that many on our planet are simply breeding way too much! Nice work.

*I read this book as an ARC and all opinions are my own. I was not paid to read*

The description of the book initially reeled me in because it seemed that it would be a good way to inform younger audiences about the troubles and possible solutions of climate change. After reading this book I can say it has some really good facts in it but the delivery of these facts is not, in my opinion, done well. Most of the book is playing the blame game and although this changes near the end I still find the overall tone of the book to be negative. I understand wanting to get climate change issues across to younger audiences but I don’t think this is the way to do it.
