A very good primer about coming into your own as a woman in today's world, perfect for younger girls (adolescent and young adults) to help them navigate this tricky world out there with poise, class, and resilience

A simple but necessary read, aimed at every person of any age that is struggling to feel motivated. This book will help you feel strong, and to make difficult decisions regarding your career.

It isn't a book to read upon feminism, but it does help to feel empowered and strong as an independent woman. There are so many parts of this book that I have highlighted. They may seem so simple but sometimes we need a tiny little push to keep going and achieve our goal.

"It is so important to be in charge of your own life, especially when it comes to your self-perception."

"You are often kinder to others than you are to yourself."

"Following a path for someone else will never bring you joy."

In brief, it's a straightforward, simple book that will cheer you on with your objectives and goals. If you're trying to make a difficult decision but you feel like certain factors are holding you back, get your hands on Her Toolbox - you won't regret it.

Love love love this one!

I was in need of something practical to read like this that would actually guide me in what I should do next for my career and my life in order to move on from all the crappy surrounding and people in my life.

This book offers some of the best practical tips that's real and that would make you build a strong foundation if you still haven't.

I love the way the book has been written. It's serious yet written in a way it's talking to you face-to-face.

I love the real examples given and how the writing focused on what works and what would make things better if it didn't work.

What matters:

1. Your foundation

2. Your circle

3. Overcoming Adversity

4. Discipline

5. Learning to fail

And yes, let's be grateful!

Thanks NetGalley for this ARC.

I wish I had something like this when I was just starting out as a new adult. I could definitely have used this in college or as I started to think about what kind of career I wanted. I just wish there was more advice here! Way too short for the amount of wisdom imparted.

I read this book at the right time in my life. It’s really inspiring to read anecdotes from successful women and made me assess my priorities in life as I’m reading. I think this book is a great and inspirational book for young teens out there who want to have some push for them to start following their aspirations in life.
