This book was so funny! Majority of this book I read on our road trip and found myself reading a lot out loud to my husband because we could relate to it so much!

I decided a fun take on this would be to see who my instagram followers sided with the most and the results are… Mom! I mean are we surprised? Please see my highlight mom vs dad for all the poll results!

I received a copy of this book from @hachetteus and @netgalley

Thank you NetGalley for providing me with a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

The cover definitely caught my eye. Between the title and the color scheme.

If i'm being honest, I usually stay away from anything titled a "parenting book." Let's be real, parenting is hard, we don't need ANYONE else making us feel like a bad parent.. ha.
but honestly, this book was funny!

I'll definitely be looking out for other work by this author.

I loved this book. Written by a couple they talk about their experiences as they do life together. I was laughing out loud as I read and shared many snippets with my husband. It’s rare to find a book on the shelves about marriage in the midst of parenthood. So many marriage books are written for the early years of marriage or on how to navigate marriage after the arrival of a baby or how to save a marriage. This book was about doing life together and it talked about many issues couples face today from both a wife’s perspective and her husbands. Funny and relatable!

This book is most appropriate for the newlyweds, or those married just a few years. For us old married folks, it all seems a bit petty.....most of the topics included here are 'first years of marriage' fights. But it's a great resource for those folks!
