Thank you to NetGalley for an ARC of The New Fondue Cookbook.

I was excited when my request was approved because...well, I love to eat, but I especially love fondue!

I used to think fondue was just about cheese (savory) and chocolate (sweet) but the recipes in this cookbook allowed me to think outside the (fondue) box.

There are classic recipes for both entrees and dessert but recipes I never would have imagined like beef bourguignon. I doubt it will taste like the real thing a la Julia Child but I'm willing to give it a try.

Since I have a major sweet tooth, the dessert recipes were the ones I focused on the most and I have to say the tiramisu fondue caught my eye. I love tiramisu and have been considering making it from scratch but I think I'll try the fondue version first.

I did appreciate recipes like chicken wings that could be made alongside to eat with the fondue.

The photos came through well, even on my Kindle. I just wished there were more photos!

This is a fun cookbook, with easy to follow recipes. It would make a great holiday gift for yourself, if you love fondue or know someone who does.

I love fondue, whether sweet or savory. The process of being with friends and dipping foods into a fondue is so much fun. This book contains both savory and sweet fondue, but even better it contains recipes for making some fun dippers. Each recipe also recommends what dippers work best with that fondue. Great book!
