Overall pretty good ideas for using your Insta-pot. I should use mine more and maybe this will give me that extra nudge.

ARC provided by Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

A lot of people don't do meal prep because it can be intimidating. In comes Meal Prep in an Instant, filled with delicious & easy recipes to follow, make, and enjoy. Having the proper tools and instructions makes everything so much better, it'll help you succeed and make you want to do it all over again. I loved this meal prep book especially after watching so many Youtube videos & following Subreddit on Meal Prep, it's great to have a formal cookbook to follow. There are many recipes to choose from to suit your taste buds. All you have to do is commit to meal prepping & enjoying meals now or freeze it for later.

Meal Prep in an Instant is a great cookbook for those who want Meal Prep to be quick and easy. I love the thoughtfulness of the layout of this book with it divided into weekly meal prep recipes with a shopping list and a prep plan! You can use the weekly meal prep plans or just separate recipes!

Meal prepping and cooking with my instant pot are the two habits that have gone the farthest to improve my cooking routine and eating habits,—and this book combines both! I loved the variety of recipes and the step-by-step instructions.

I love meal prep, especially when it involves an instant pot - it's such an easy way to prepare food that is usually healthier and lower in cost (especially compared to take-out). I highly recommend this book for anyone interested in meal prep, especially beginners. The recipes are easy, delicious and family-friendly! I can't wait to make the Egg Casserole, Lightened-Up Lemon Bars, Wild Rice and Mushroom Soup, and Banana Oatmeal Bites!

Thank you, DK and NetGalley, for a digital ARC!

One of the easiest cookbooks to use! I love how it was laid out in such a way that plans your weekly meal preps and utilizes the instant pot! The recipes are clean and easy to make and super simple to adapt if you need. They are crowd pleasers and quite honestly so delicious! Lots of variety and it takes the hard part of planning weekly meals and makes it easy for you to not think about it and just enjoy! It’s a keeper and I couldn’t be more obsessed!

This book is so good that I’m giving serious consideration to buying it for both of my daughters! I’m retired so I have the time to pick and choose my recipes. Both my daughters are working with a child to cook for. Anything I can do to make things easier for them, I’ll do. The organization of the preparations and the recipes are wonderful. I especially enjoyed the range of accessories that are utilized in the recipes.

This book has a lot of healthy recipes and it also has ingredients that are easy to come by in the Midwest A lot of these recipes involve not only a pressure cooker and the oven. There was a nice array of different recipes then you normally find in pressure cooker cookbooks. I plan on actually buying this book. It has a nice array of breakfast and meals along with great tips.

Meal Prep in an Instant was not my favorite meal prep book. As an avid Instant Pot user, I thought that I would love this book. Instead, the author seems to waste a lot of time by pre-cooking things that can be cooked at the time you want to eat them. In addition, reheating pre-cooked food doesn't taste as good.

I prefer to throw all of the ingredients in a meal prep container. Then when I am ready to eat that dish, throw the whole thing into the Instant Pot. Fresh yummy food in a snap!

I tried a few recipes in the cookbook, but I did not find them memorable. Overall, this cookbook is a pass for me.

In today's world, people are trying to eat healthier by bringing a bag lunch. Not everyone has time to cook every night. Eating last night's leftovers may not sound appealing every day. Meal Prep in an Instant has everything you need to begin. Each week comes with a plan and prep work already laid out. Grocery lists are included and the recipes go together. Taking your lunch has never been so easy.

The recipes are meant to be used with an electric pressure cooking so they are fast and low mess. Some favorite recipe ideas are: Beef Fajita Bowls, Macaroni and cheese, Minestrone soup, Teriyaki meatball bowls, orange chicken, and so much more.

This book gives you a great method for getting starting using an InstaPot for meal prepping and cooking. Offers a 7-week plan and meals with tips on making your own plan, including breakfast and/or lunch and dinner. Very detailed list of groceries. Loved the easy-to-use prep plan for the week and for each meal. The recipes are very detailed as well. Great photos. This is a great book for those who are looking to save time in the kitchen.

Want to know a secret? I actually don't own an instant pot and I still loved this book! I'm all about making meals easy and with less hassle! This book delivered! Even without an instant pot, these recipes were so helpful to have and easy to make! It's even so great to have the shopping lists already created for you! Highly recommend this!

Simplify your life with Meal Prep in an Instant: 50 Make-Ahead Recipes and 7 Prep Plans for Your Instant Pot by Becca Ludlum.

Add some serious swagger to your meal prepping with this book and an Instant Pot. Becca offers a ton of recipes and weekly shopping lists, menus, and the prepping timeline to prep, cook, and store a week's work of family recipes. If you have ever entertained the thought of meal prepping or are a tried and true lover of all things meal prep, this book has a lot of great options.

I've been on the cusp of the Instant Pot craze and this book might have tipped me over into wanting to get one. I spend HOURS each week making meals for my family (I have Celiac and live in a fairly rural area so my meal choices are pretty limited). But after the clear and concise directions and the seeming relative ease that the Instant Pot could add to my cooking timeframes, I might be a convert.

This book plus an Instant Pot and several cooking containers would probably be a huge welcome gift to any mom out there for the holidays! (**Hint, hint - Nudge, nudge, there hubby!**)

This book was great! It was very useful and gave so much good information. My only wish is the alternatives also had pictures, because I just loved looking at the other recipes that had pictures, it makes me kind of know what I am doing and how it should look. I am definitely going to try all of these! It makes me excited to actually try meal prepping!

I love my instant pot! This cookbook has such a wide variety of meal prepping recipes and tips! Very easy to read with a plethora of information. It also contains basic information for instant pot use. For every recipe there is serving size and nutritional information to assist with healthy eating. The best part is that recipes have reheating information, something I never thought I would need! My favorite recipes were beef gyros, southwest stuffed peppers, and apple cinnamon baked oatmeal. All the recipes look enticing with the images and descriptions. Highly recommend for the meal prepped in your life!

I have never meal prepped before. I am considering it so I checked out this book. I found the use of an insta pot interesting and time saving. I read through all the tips and tricks and was impressed with the helpfulness. The recipes all look good and I love the fact that there are alternatives listed for most recipes if you want to make something different. A variety of meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner is included. I'm excited to try this type of meal planning and preparation.

Thanks to netgalley and DK alpha for the arc
