Wolf shifter, Heather MacNeil has worked hard these last couple of years to make her pie shop a success. There is a man from another wolf clan that she has always fancied but she knows he considers her far too wild for him.

Enrick MacQuarrie is second only to his brother, the Alpha of their pack and is far too busy to keep checking on the beautiful, frustrating pie shop owner.

Having a film company come to use the clan's castle and lands is going to cause lots of problems, but also be great fun and lucrative.

This paranormal romance has got everything you could ask for. Sexy Highlanders who are also shifters, a dangerous rival pack to cause trouble and lots of action and giggles.

Our author gives us fascinating characters that are easy to get involved with and a wonderful story.

This is part of a series but easily read on it's own.

I loved it.

My Review of The Wolf Wore Plaid by Terry Spear:

Romance, Friendship. Sexy Men in Kilts, and Action

It's always a treat to read stories in the beautiful backdrop of Scotland and Ireland.

This is a warm, and romantic story of 2nd chance love, and a mating between Enrick MacQuarrie, stern, a little bit rigid, and always reliable Second-In-Command to the MacQuarrie wolf pack, and Heather MacNeill, the fun loving, impulsive, and spontaneous, she wolf, and owner of Ye Old Highland Pie Shop. I enjoyed seeing the employees wearing costumes from different time periods of Scottish history. The costumes are the clothing of the wolves that they actually wore throughout their long lives. The longevity of wolves is the equivalent of 1 year to 30 years of a human.

Enrick, and Heather both have the same enemy, that wants them both dead. Will these two polar opposites be able to find balance with each other, and find happiness while fighting their enemy, and keeping each other alive?

Enrick and Heather's story. Fun and easy read of wolf shifters in Scotland. Enjoyed the sparks and the romance, plus the fighting between the wolf packs. All during the filming of a movie from Hollywood. I like the author, but must admit the first I've read in this particular series. Wasn't lost though, and would highly recommend.
