I loved this book. This is a great series, and Under the Cover of Murder is an intriguing addition to the series.
When Addie’s best friend gets married, the last thing Addie wants to do is solve a murder; but that’s exactly what she does when two bodies turn up, and everyone aboard the luxurious yacht is a suspect.
I was on pins and needles reading this story because there was so much going on. I was left guessing until the end with this book, which always pleases me.
I’m excited to see what happens next with these fun characters.

Lauren Elliott has a gift for writing mysteries so you won’t know who the correct killer is until the end of the book. This book is set on a huge luxury cruiser where Serena and Zach’s wedding takes place. After two murdered bodies are found close to the yacht, many of the wedding guests are sequestered on the yacht. Addie knows a great deal about rare books, and when she looks over the groom’s father’s rare book collection, she finds some of the books aren’t the collector books he thought they were. She believes the books are related to the murders, and she is able to eventually solve the mystery of the murders. This book is fast-paced, and all the characters are realistic and likable. The author also does a fantastic job of describing the beauty of the yacht. If you’re a fan of cozy mysteries, I think you will like this book and the series. I received an ARC of this book from NetGalley and the publisher. All opinions expressed are my own.
