Sophia is one of our main characters. After being booted out of her sorority because of a \"power-hungry college senior who was permanently PMSing.\" Sophia leaves her sorority house to stay off campus with her brother in an apartment which their father pays for.
BUT
It’s not her brother who is living rent free in the apartment.
Drew is standing in for Brody, in his US life, in school and in his apartment.
This book is laugh out loud funny but also cringy as you feel the second hand embarrassment from the characters.
I love the sexual tension between our two main characters and the whole ‘will they, won’t they get caught?’ fiasco.
The cliff-hanger ending has left me gagging for the rest of the series – off to add to my Amazon wishlist!
Overall a lovely, light , funny and enjoyable read.

I really, really loved this book! It surprised me by how funny and laugh-out loud it was. I found the main character, Sophia, to be very relatable.

Sophia ends up in a situation that she works out a solution to with a cast of eccentric people she finds herself becoming fast friends with. One of the other main characters and Sophia’s love interest, Drew, is another likable and relatable character. I loved the banter the author conveys between them the whole book, and I love the way she weaves their relationship. Their journey progresses and develops immensely throughout the story. A little bit of a spoiler but- I also loved the ending- non-typical, no happy ending. This would normally drive me crazy and instantly make me hate the book but, the author knew what was best for her characters and the plot line and it just motivated me even more to read the next book in the series. Well done Elizabeth Hayley!!

I am extremely grateful to have been given a copy of this book to read for free. I read this book on my own free will and this review is my own words and opinion.

This was very much a YA type romance. Nothing too groundbreaking, but a fun read nonetheless. I didn't anticipate that it would be left on a cliffhanger since I didn't realize it was the first book in a series. I know that technically the genre is New Adult, but it read like a young adult novel. Not necessarily complaining but just thought that I'd mention it.

This is book one of the love games series. This is also the first book I think I have read by this author but it won’t be the last!!

Sophia was helping a her friend, Carter, study in her room at her Sorority House (even though having a boy in your room is against the rules) it was all completely innocent when they fell asleep. It would have been fine if it weren’t for Aamee, the President of the Sorority. She doesn’t like Sophia and them of spending the night together and then evicts Sophia out of the house. With nowhere to go, she goes to her somewhat estranged brother Brody's apartment to figure things out and stay temporarily. He is attending the same college since the eternal party boy was kicked out of his last college.

Sophia's is shocked and confused when a gorgeous hunk of man answers the door, claiming to be Brody. She finds out Brody is traipsing around Europe, letting fake Brody (Drew) take his place, apartment and his classes. Since this her only option until she can get herself back into the sorority house she and Drew decide to share the apartment, From there, all kinds of antics occur, one crazy or aggravating calamity after the other, with Sophia finding herself more and more drawn to Drew.

This was a fun book but it has a cliffhanger of an ending!!! Can’t wait to read book 2!,

This was such a cute read! I definitely had laugh out loud moments which is the best feeling when reading. While I appreciated that it wasn't predictable, I was a little bummed about the cliff hanger ending.

I had a tough time getting into this book. I really liked Drew, but Sophia didn't have that likeability for me. The story fell flat and I had to push through it. Part of this might be due to the fact that the digital copy I received was one you had to scroll down to read through (not swipe to the side to turn the page) and the print was really small and it made the book very hard to read which took away from the enjoyment of the story.

Sophie Mason is kicked out of her sorority house. When Sophie arrives at her brother's apartment she meets the attractive Drew Nolan who claims to be her brother and living her brother's life.  Sophie and Drew are drawn to each other but everyone thinks they are siblings. The story weaves through Sophie and Drew's love games in the midst of all the sorority and college drama.

Never Have You Ever was a fun read with some lags in between. The characters are fun and some of the drama was kind of annoying. Would definitely read the next book to see where the story goes.

Overall I would rate the book 3-3.5 stars.

I started this book excepting little to nothing. All I wanted was a fun and cute lovestory and that is exactly what I got and so much more.

I love the characters so much. Sophia was funny, loveable and flawed. Drew was amazing, nice, honest. I could go on and on how much I enjoyed those people. I felt like I would be great friends with them. All the side characters were great, too. Even the "bad ones" had a good side, even when Sophia wasn't able to see that all the time.

The book really sucked me in. The writing was clean and enjoyable. While reading I got into a flow and it was hard to stop and do stuff. If I had the time I'd read it completely in one sitting.

The end was mean! If you want to read this book, be aware, there is a HUGE cliffhanger and I'm mad I don't have the next two books on my TBR and have to get to some other books before I can continue, but I definetly will.

The concept for this book sounded really exciting, but the novel was disappointing. The main characters were cute, but really lacked chemistry. There were too many secondary characters that muddled the story instead of adding to it. I feel like I read a book with lots of potential but still needs a lot development.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for sharing an eARC with me in exchange for an honest review.

This book is a cute, funny, sometimes steamy, quick read! If you are in the mood for a college romcom than I think you will like this.

Overall, the plot was sweet and fun. I wasn't a major fan of the sorority plot line but I understand why it was needed. The relationship between Drew and Sophia was a nice slow burn romance which I am a big fan of!

But to be honest, I found myself thinking that everything was a bit too sweet for my liking, things were working out too well, you know? So I was pleasantly surprised with the ending...so much so that I am considering reading the next installment.

This book sort of felt like romance paint by numbers. All of the components were there it was sexy it was romantic there was an element of mystery however it didn’t really have a wow factor. However, If you’re looking for a nice and I will pass the time I definitely recommend it.

I received this book in exchange for an honest review.
I just couldn't get into this book. The premise was intriguing but the protagonist weren't very likeable. They both felt rather immature and not fully fleshed out. Not a bad book just not for me.

This book started off like any other college book..... but soon went into the opposite direction and let me tell you ...I loved it.
The way Drew was able to assume the spoiled rich kids life life was amazing it was it??
He runs into bit telling the truth about who he is. Does it bother him? Was he having a blast being the rich kid in college instead of the bartender down on his luck?? I think so

2 words to describe how I am felling right now.... CLIFF HANGER!! Had I had known that going into this book, I would have waited to read it. I hate, hate, hate cliffhangers!!

It has been a while that I have read Elizabeth Hayley's book and I am so glad that I got this one! I needed a laugh and thankfully got more than one. We meet Drew who is a bartender and when this richie rich asks him to pretend to be him and take his classes and apartment he jumps at the chance, I mean come on this an opportunity he couldn't have passed up, he can get the education he has only thought of. Sophia gets kicked out of her sorority because she ends up with has someone sleep over and that my friends is a no-no she goes to her brother since she needs a place to stay, however the person who is there is not her brother. Both Sophia and Drew need each other so they unite and try to help each other out, but this new friendship starts blurring the lines as they continue to spend time together. and yes my friends I am rooting for them..Enjoy!!!l

Sophia Mason has been exiled from her sorority house. The guy she was tutoring fell asleep in her room and there’s a “Strict”, no guys in the house overnight rule that not everyone follows, including the sorority president who kicked her out. She heads over to her older brother’s apartment, unannounced, to hopefully crash with him. When she gets there the guy that opens the door claims to be Brody Mason, but he is most definitely not her brother! Her brother Brody has done some pretty outlandish things but having this guy, Drew, pose as him to take his classes while he hangs out in Italy takes the cake. Sophia can’t out Brody to her parents without outing herself about being kicked out of the sorority house, be it a BS reason or not. To keep everyone’s secret Sophia and Drew decide to keep the charade up for the remainder of the semester until her brother returns.

Drew Nolan has always wanted to do better than settle the way his parents and siblings have. He’s always wanted to go to college and possibly open his own bar one day. While those goals might not be the pinnacle of success, it’s his dream. When entitled, and wealthy Brody offers his apartment for free in exchange for Drew to attend his classes while he hangs out in Europe, Drew sees it as the opportunity of a lifetime. Brody’s a business major, and while he won’t gain a degree in the end Drew sees this as a way to get some business knowledge under his cap for free. Win-win!!! Until Sophia shows up and puts everything at risk.

As the weeks go on Sophia is determined to make it back into the sorority house, continues to tutor Carter (the one who fell asleep. Did I mention president of the sorority has a major crush on him and he hasn’t given her the time of day? Hence the real reason Sophia was kicked out of the house), Drew/Brody organizes a study group, Sophia’s childhood friend Taylor comes for a visit, and they all become a merry band of misfits that have all made it a mission to help Sophia back into the house. All the while no one knows that Drew isn’t Brody (except Taylor), and Sophia and Drew are becoming increasingly physically attract to each other. Can we see where this is going? Enter Angst…sigh

To say this book gave me anxiety is an understatement. The level of stress I endured at waiting for these two to get caught was enough to make me drink (or at least indulge in some other sort of recreation that is now legal in some states), to calm my nerves. I like my stories with low angst, and this was anything but! However, I loved it!

I loved every character in this book, even the horrible Aamee, (the way she spells her name alone is enough to make you want to trip her), but she was written perfectly! The banter was there, the humor was there, the chemistry was there so this book checked off a lot of boxes. I would like to have gotten more intel on Drew’s family, but I think that might come up later as this appears to be the first book in a series. With that being said, the ending was my least favorite thing and that’s all I’m going to say about it (no spoilers for you). I’m curious to see if there will be any stories for the real Brody, Carter, Toby, Taylor, and most definitely if there will be an ignition/explosion between Aniyah and Xander (there was some chemistry there…albeit denied chemistry, but chemistry non the less).

I’m definitely interested in reading more from these authors.

Sophie was ready to embrace the college experience to the fullest and that included being part of a sorority however she is about to find out that the same rules aren’t applied equally when she finds herself without a place to stay. Although staying with her brother wouldn’t have been her first choice it may now be her only choice however when she shows up at his door secrets are about to be exposed.

Drew has been living Sophie’s brother Brody’s life as it helps both of them achieve their dreams. Brody gets the freedom to travel while Drew gets the college education he wouldn’t have been able to get otherwise. When Sophie comes crashing into his life, he just needs to convince her to keep the secret.

When you combine two partners in crime, humorous interactions and hot chemistry it is only a matter of time before things are about to get complicated. The fun begins and now we just need to see where it leads.
