I was invested in this book until about the 75%-80% mark. Then it really went off the rails, all the way through until the end. It was clear who the villian was, but how it got there... bizarre.

Addison has no memory of anything beyond the past two years. She was found walking along the highway and was picked up by a kind man, who took her in and took care of her. She restarted her life and met someone and they are engaged. His family is suspicious. She is frustrated... what happened? Why can't she remember?

I will say it is tough to write a book with amnesia. There are a ton of them out there, so to try to find something different is difficult. That being said, I think the twists in this were way out there... a little too much.

Oh, I loved this one. The description was so exciting and the book itself didn't disappoint. This is a great read.

This book was wild. It was a quick read and well paced, but it was predictable and totally unbelievable once the twists started being revealed. It makes NO sense and the authors are asking us to suspend our disbelief way too much.

The Stranger In the Mirror was another exciting read from the author duo. This story kept me engaged and guessing what may happen. I did guess that the good guy was not the good guy but was pleasantly surprised by other twists that took place in the story. Overall good read. 4 stars. I will continue to add their books to my TBR. Good job ladies! Thank you NetGalley for my advanced copy in exchange for my honest review.

Liv never disappoints, ever. A random woman, Addison who suffers from amnesia has been missing for 2 years, Julian her husband has been trying to track her down still after all this time. Addison knows there are holes in her life, but she can't remember them. She is about to get married, but she still can't help wonder of her past. This book was well written and quite the page turner.

Liv Constantine's books have been hit or miss for me - but The Stranger in the Mirror was luckily on the hit list for me! This campy thriller was exactly what I needed at the moment and I enjoyed every wild page.

This domestic thriller about a bride-to-be with amnesia is fast-paced, compelling, and unputdownable with a super twisty ending. Highly recommend!

Forgot where you put your keys? Now imagine forgetting your life?? Sister duo Liv Constantine delivers a page turner in this fast ride of a story!!
I love when sister duos team to write suspense— this alone makes me reach for anything they write. Your emotions will range from compassion, fear and shock. Side recommend- another sister duo I loved reading - who have stopped- Perri O’Shaughnessy look for them too!

Not my favorite thriller. I enjoyed the first half. Learning about Addison and her memory loss/amnesia. I liked Gabriel for helping her and believing her. I thought it got a little predictable. Also, there should be a content warning for suicide.

I really enjoyed reading this book. I finished it in about 2 days, reading it whenever I had a free moment. I love the twists the book took, really going to some dark places. I do wish Cassandra/Addison discovering the truth would have gone into more detail, with maybe more of a cat-and-mouse game than just finding things, but I still loved the whole thing. Thanks to NetGalley for the chance to read this!

This book had me confused at first, but I quickly caught up.
This story was a true trip. Does she know or does she?
I am always a fan of Liv Constantine , they seem to somehow
knock it out of the park. Thanks Netgalley for the Arc.

Liv Constantine is my go to for thrillers. This one was a clear winner! Like all of their books it was full of twists and jaw dropping moments that left me covered in goosebumps!

I was hoping to like this one, but, sadly, did not. I lost interest early on and could not finish. This one might appeal to those who enjoy psychological thrillers or suspense. I do enjoy those genres, but only marginally so.

What an interesting story. At the beginning, I was very intrigued. A woman suffering from amnesia for two years has created a whole new life and identity for herself because she has no idea where she’s come from or who she was. Meanwhile, we get another point of view, Julian who is searching for his wife, who has been missing without a trace for two years.

The beginning pulled me in and I was definitely wondering how in the world is this going to work out and where is the author going to take this. Then the deeper I got into the story I started to get skeptical. I started thinking, ok i may have this book figured out and if that’s the case I’m going to be really disappointed.

I am happy to report that it didn’t go as I planned and it didn’t disappoint me. The end of this book really did flip the script on me, although I did have to be willing to suspend my disbelief for a little while because not all of the ending can really be worked out as believable but after all it is fiction for a reason, right?

This book rocked my world. I'm a huge fan of Liv Constantine, and this book did not disappoint. I spent every free minute I had scouring these pages to figure out who Addison was and what her past was hiding. There were twists and turns that I could not figure out. If you're looking for a book to keep you on your toes, this is it.

This was a good classic thriller, but it needs to come with a major content warning for suicide. I was not prepared for that and for the graphic descriptions, which really turned me off this book about halfway through. The twist was almost so involved that it was a lot to process and wrap your head around, but overall it was a fast-paced read that I didn’t want to put down because I couldn’t wait to find out what happened. This would’ve been much better received with more thorough content warnings.

For two years Addison Hope has been struggling to remember her past. She is on the cusp of marrying a great man, Gabriel, and having her dreams come true, but she can't help but worry about the black hole that is her memory. After a trip to an art show, Addison's past is revealed. Julian, a wealthy doctor in Boston, recognizes Addison as his missing wife, Cassandra. Addison gives up Gabriel and everything in her new life to return to Boston and their young daughter, Valentina. As Addison works to remember all the details, she questions the things that Julian has been telling her. Does she really have anxiety and depression? Did she really destroy all of their wedding photos in a fit of rage? And why are things going missing? But worse, when Cassandra hears voices, she is scared that Valentina is in danger - because of her. Will Cassandra ever get back the memories that elude her? And is she really a danger to those she loves?

The Stranger in the Mirror is another summer thriller for Liv Constantine. Even before I knew Addison's past, I felt she was dramatic about it. Here she was on the verge of marrying this great guy, and all she could dwell on was her past. When Julian was introduced to the story, I got it. She had every reason to be concerned. What I really liked about The Stranger in the Mirror is that Addison/Cassandra saved herself. The last few thrillers I have read could not make that claim. Because of that, the end was pretty spectacular. - CLICK HERE FOR SPOILERS.

Bottom Line - Liv Constantine is getting a reputation for summer thrillers, a well-earned reputation. You can't walk on a beach without seeing one of their books. The Stranger in the Mirror is just the latest installment of the newest summer tradition.

This book blew my mind. I absolutely loved everything about this book from the first to the last page. Part 2 really had me thinking I guessed the entire thing but, then I get to Part 3 and OMG!! This book has it all unreliable narrator, short intense chapters that had me up late and waking up early to finish it. This is a book I recommend to any thriller lover

I am a huge fan of this writing duo and this one did not disappoint! I loved the twists and turns and was completely surprised by the ending. I loved this idea of not really knowing who you are and can you trust those around you? The way the story converged was very intriguing. I will for sure hand sell and recommend!
