I really enjoyed this book. While depression is a really dark and really tough subject to discuss, this author was able to carefully and thoughtfully approach the subject. It was a book filled with hope despite the despair. Filled with faith despite the heartache. I appreciated the author’s ability to see the beauty in his suffering and translate it into a relatable and enjoyable read! Must read for anyone that loves someone (or is someone) who suffers from depression.
