Unforgettable You, the second book in the Bliss series by Deanndra Hall, is a captivating read that delves deep into the complex world of BDSM relationships. In this book, the author introduces us to Sheila, a character we met in the first book as Trish Stinson's best friend, and Steffan Cothran, a well-known BDSM Dom who we also met in the first book.

The book begins with Sheila feeling curious about the BDSM lifestyle that her best friend, Trish, is living with her husband, Clint. Trish and Clint decide to introduce Sheila to their lifestyle and Steffan, who is Clint's best friend and a skilled Dom, is tasked with introducing Sheila to this world. From the moment Sheila and Steffan meet, there is an instant attraction between them. As they begin to explore their desires, they realize they have a deep connection, and soon a romantic relationship blooms between them.

What makes Unforgettable You stand out from other BDSM romance novels is the depth of the characters and their individual stories. Both Sheila and Steffan are complex characters with a lot of baggage from their pasts that they must confront. Sheila has been hurt in the past and finds it difficult to trust anyone, while Steffan has a secret from his past that threatens to tear them apart.

The author does an excellent job of developing the characters throughout the book. Sheila's character is strong and independent, and she knows what she wants from her relationship with Steffan. However, she is also vulnerable, and the author explores her insecurities and fears in a realistic and relatable way. Steffan's character is equally complex, and the author does an excellent job of revealing his vulnerability and the reasons behind his actions. The chemistry between Sheila and Steffan is electric, and the sex scenes in the book are incredibly steamy. However, what sets Unforgettable You apart from other BDSM romance novels is that the sex scenes are not the main focus of the story. The author explores the emotional connection between Sheila and Steffan, and how trust and honesty are essential components of any BDSM relationship.

One of the most significant themes in the book is the importance of communication and honesty in a relationship. Sheila and Steffan's relationship is put to the test when Steffan's past comes back to haunt him. However, they navigate the difficult situation by being honest with each other, and their relationship becomes even stronger as a result.

Unforgettable You was a good addition to the series. I enjoyed it much more than the first. This was a powerful love story that explores the complexities of BDSM relationships in a realistic and relatable way. The characters are well-developed, and the emotional connection between them is palpable. The author's writing is engaging, and the story is paced just right to keep the reader hooked from start to finish. Overall, I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a captivating BDSM romance novel.

I was granted a copy of this book by Netgalley, in exchange for my honest opinion.
Unfortunately the author is really not my thing...
I didn't connect with the characters, and It was so hart to feel that their emotional connection was real at all.
The way she gets into BDSM, felt... unrealistic a bit forced, the plot itself made the audiobook really cringing. I read smut, and erotic before I think it’s just the writing that it’s not for me.

ARC provided by Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. Sadly, I wasn't able to listen to Unforgettable You before the title was archived.

This is the second book in the Bliss Series, a BDSM Romance. It is better to listen to this series in order. Steffen and Sheila’s story is steamy, intense, and complex, filled with angst, drama, lies, and twists and turns. They share an instant attraction, and a sizzling chemistry. The storyline is interesting intense, and intricate. I liked to see again the characters from the first book. This story is definitely my favorite in the series. Tor Thom did a great job with the narration. Looking forward to listening to the next book in the series.

I loved the idea and plot of this book. The descriptions were well written and the steam was…steamy lol I enjoyed this one, even though it wasn’t particularly anything special in comparison to other romance novels.

Was nervous it wouldn’t be as good as the first but I really liked it. It wasn’t my favorite but there was a lot of smut and spice so it was definitely for me

Its weird how romantic and tender this book felt while still being so steamy. Loved the characters and the plot. Loved how descriptive the author is. This was a quick fun read, but really nothing that hasn't been done before.

Not my thing...
I didn't connect with the characters, and I didn't buy their emotional connection...
Then the whole part when Shiela just left Stephan without letting him explain, and turned toward the most extreme forms of BDSM, felt... unbelievable, and kinda threw me off the book...

This is book two in the series and could be read/listened to without the benefit of the first but I recommend the first one too. Sheila is more than a little gun-shy since her ex is an abuser but Trish and Clint bring her to their club anyway and Stephan who really wanted Trish as his own is brought in by Clint as her protector and to give Sheila a taste of the "scene." Sheila is a natural and wants more and there are a lot of misunderstandings and maybe some triggers for some who may read/listen to this one so beware. I was uncomfortable at times but found myself rallying behind both Sheila and Stephan and cheering them on. Definitely recommend this one.

This book started better then the first in the series for me, but turned wrong halfway.
That was way to much for me.
I did like that the ending was a bit easier.

This book ugh! I don't really know what what the hell was I thinking picking this book. Ugh!!!! First of all, I hate sharing part. Really really do. Thank fu*k I didn't read the first book. This book is so fu**ed up! And I really don't know what the hell was the H thinking lying about his marriage. The h actually fu**ed someone else right in front of the H. This book is just disgusting! Ugh! EWWWWWW! And H did the same thing. Just pure disgusting!
I have no problem with other things in BDSM but only the sharing part! ALL I was feeling was disgust tbh when H and h fu**ed other people without even feeling guilty. Gag! The author should've mentioned it in the description. Specially this part. Ugh! Then when he saw her being in drug, he didn't even do anything. I can't believe it! And saw other people practically torturing her. But nothing nada! He knew it was dangerous but still...nothing. But finally realized she's actually calling for help and rescued her. Whatever! I just hated it. My first audiobook and I had to endure this book. Cuz I didn't dnf it. I only liked H's moment with his mother. Felt bad for her and that kid.

Steffen Cothran has been a Dom at the local BDSM club, Bliss, for a long time. He has never found a sub who he can see himself having a relationship with.

He thought he had possibly found that in the new sub Trish, but she ended up with his friend Clint.

However, when Steffen is introduced to Trish’s friend Sheila, he has to re-evaluate. She is gorgeous, sexy, and super sweet.

When he gets to scene with Sheila, he knows there is something special between them. Steffen teaches Sheila everything she wants to learn.

The sparks not only fly in the club, but also outside in normal life. Their relationship grows fast, but they are perfect for each other.

Unfortunately, Steffen has failed to open up about his past, and when it comes crashing through his door, he is unable to stop the fallout that results.

I really loved Steffen. He was so caring and kind to Sheila. He is super sexy and is a complete sex god.

I was disappointed in Sheila and how she reacted to the situation. Her insecurities caused her to make some horrible decisions and it was unfair to blame it all on Steffen.

This book was definitely the best of the series so far. I loved this couple and enjoyed watching their relationship develop.

I loved getting the story behind Steffen and Sheila. They both learn a lot about themselves and each other. I also enjoyed listening to this on audio!

Unforgettable you is a part two in the series. This is not a standalone book. This is a domination book. A very adult book

I love this series! The storyline is great and so is the narrator. Give this series a chance. You won't be disappointed!

I did not enjoy the first book. The second was better. Not great, but better.

The story line in this book is much better than the first. The first one was very degrading towards the heroine. This was the complete opposite, thankfully. Steffen and Sheila were much more enjoyable to read about. The plot did go a bit too extreme at one point, but it righted itself eventually.

I didn't love it. I do think I would have enjoyed it more in print- I've found books like this can sound cheesy when listening to it, where it may not be as glaringly obvious in print.

One thing that bothered me throughout is the relationship between Steffen and Clint. In the first book, they came across as rivals who respect each other, but don't really fraternize together. Suddenly, in the second book they are basically life long best friends.

Now, the narration. A million times better than the first. Since this is told from Steffen's view, the narrator is male. I did not cringe nor did I want to stab my eardrums, so much, much improved.

Overall, if you are a fan of the genre, you will probably like this book.

This was a great book all in all!

I like the story a lot. The plot is good and interesting and I could not stop listening to it once I started the book. Some of the more extreme situations are awful, but they allow Steffen to be the hero. I also really like that Clint and Trish play such a big part in the book.

The characters of the book are good and I was eager to read this book since the first book in the series left Steffen's story so open. I also really like that although this is an erotic book, and there is a lot of sex and BDSM stuff and stuff like that, there is still a true relationship between Steffen and Sheila. They go through the ups and downs of a romantic relationship and they fall in love. That is the biggest thing I enjoy in this book.
I also really, really like the ending of the book and the family they build together. It is such a beautiful ending.
