This book was published in 2019 and is still fresh in my opinion today. I received a copy from the publisher through NetGalley and I appreciate it. This is my own unsolicited opinion.
If you want to learn about Jesus Christ or add to the knowledge you already have this is a good summation with scriptures (Bible verses) to bring everything together. The book by R. Christian Bohlen starts from the miraculous birth of Christ, goes on to cover His ministry from the age of 30 and the days leading to the crucifixion, resurrection and ascension. It is well written and easy to understand.
I have been very attuned to Jesus Christ in my personal life for over fifty years and there are new insights for me as I read this. It made a good accompaniment to my daily devotions. I also feel it would be good information for anyone who wants to know more about the "Christmas baby" who has changed lives for centuries.
We all have our own thoughts and opinions. This is a good way to see what the man did, who the Saviour is, for many, and you can form your own personal reaction. I give the book a 4.5. I'd even read some portions again.

Excellent book for anyone to read and understand more about the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. I have recently done Bible studies by several Christian women which he echoed nicely in this book. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The life and teachings of Jesus are described in easy to understand language for a Christian in any stage of their Christian life. This book would be a good study for a group or a Christian book club.
I was provided an advanced reader copy and was under no obligation to provide a review. The opinions expressed are my own. Thanks to the author, publisher and NetGalley for allowing me to read this book.

I really enjoyed this book. This book makes the life of Jesus personable. If you are already a follower of Jesus, this book helps you grow even more in your faith and if you are new to your journey with Jesus, this book will help you grow in faith and make Jesus personal to your life. I always try to have a spiritual book in my rotation to keep me close to the word of God and I am so happy I received this book. I will be recommending this lots of people.

This was an inspiring book, and I enjoyed it. Recommended for anyone who likes a different genre and need some more clarity about certain aspects in the Bible.

I am reviewing a copy of Jesus Christ, His Life and Mine through Books Go Social through Carpenter’s Son and Netgalley:

This book shows you how to connect to Christ Like Never Before!

What if you could witness the life of Jesus from His birth to resurrection—as if you were there?

This book is in part a personal tour guide that helps you to understand and apply it all to your toughest problems in this complex age.

Jesus Christ, His Life and Mine is a project twenty years in the making. It reflects the authors award-winning skills as an instructional designer plus his thirty years in ministry and church leadership. This book is easy to read, allowing for an easy understanding, and it is vivid, both in writing, and the designs, and photographs chosen in this book all serve to give a deeper understanding.

If you are looking for a well researched book, that is biblically based, and is non denominational, making it a great tool for all denominations, it is a great read individually, or will work in a group Bible Study!

I give Jesus Christ, His Life and Mine five out of five stars!

Happy Reading!

Very simple and interesting look at the Bible for the modern-day world. Worth a look and to make think about what would God feel about this modern day if the Bible was written now?
