I love this so much - it's a book of exercises for literally everyone. Seriously, everyone. Young, old, plus-sized, regular-sized, in a wheelchair, with a prosthetic limb, if you're pregnant...seriously there's something in here for everyone. Yes, you can exercise! It doesn't have to hurt and you don't have to exercise like a size 0 movie star. There are plenty of exercises out there for you! Let's have fitness for everyone, damn it!

As someone who struggles to modify exercises, I loved this book. It has so many options for differently abled people and fosters inclusion in not only a fitness atmosphere but also in the world at large. I can't wait to buy this for friends!

Fitness for Everyone by Louise Green literally does have exercises for everyone. If you think you can’t exercise, take a peek at this book. It offers modifications for all situations. Being overweight with two knee replacements, I found this book to be extremely helpful in taking my first steps to a healthier lifestyle.

A book full of exercises to get anyone started on the path to a healthier body! and what greater motivation than with a book full of images of individual with various body abilities and full of explanation of various degrees of exercises you can undertake depending on your ability. Added bonus are the fitness programs that are suggested at the end of the book, encompassing different formats and lengths depending once again on your comfort level.
