You learn a lot about the role of boards not just for the company and shareholders but corporate social responsibility too. Moyo shows her unconventional path to being a part of multiple boards. Value proposition, diversity.

Excellent book about the inner workings of Board Of Directors of major companies. About how they work with the CEO and how they work with each other.
