This is the fourth book in the series and perhaps the best one yet.

Ryan Decker had a peaceful day of work and enjoying family planned. Unfortunately, an agency out for blood has risen their ugly head and are trying to harm Decker along with his family and friends.

I enjoyed how Mr. Konkoly gave Decker and company a chance to respond in kind. What was the final result? You'll have to see for yourself.

The hardware and adrenaline-infused plot line is familiar to those who have read other thrillers. This one kept my interest mostly as the team of good operatives has to fight the dreaded Apex conspiracy across several states. The action got a bit tiresome about 2/3rds of the way through, but I liked the various characters on both sides of the battles and unlike some of the Clancy books the focus is on the people, not the nifty technologies that they use to blow stuff up. I haven't read any of the author's earlier work, which could have helped in this edition, but it still stands up by itself well.

Good flowing plot with Decker and Harlow in this fourth book. Senator Steele uncovered a deadly operation called Sky storm. A fight Decker and Harlow do not plan on losing. The fight is on to read with a non stop action against APEX Good characters and good plot.

Skystorm is probably the last in three adventure novels by Steven Konkaly. I wanted to read it because I enjoyed the first two books and was excited toget the third. The first. two books had lots of action and adventure but also the main characters were developed. However Skystorm had mostly adventure and very little character development. I was disappointed in th.e book

The truce declared on The Mountain breaks down, APEX goes full frontal assault on Steele and Friends who, in turn, declare all out war on APEX. Forces engage and, in the end, there can be only one left standing. Some old acquaintances from the Sanderson days step in to put a finger on the scales, but the outcome is far from assured as a clandestine battle on multiple fronts rages from the District to Nevada with consequences for the world hanging in the balance. Ryan Decker fans will enjoy this next (final?) installment of the series, Skystorm.

Skystorm is the 4th book in the Ryan Decker series, and it’s a total blast! Ryan and his team is once again up against APEX, and it’s non-stop action right from the first page. I love all the characters in this book, with a likable protagonist. The plot is not complicated and you’re hooked from literally the first page. Absolutely loved it! I received an ARC of this book from the publisher through @NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Skystorm is the 4th book of the Ryan Decker series by Steven Konkoly, and it is a doozy. Ryan Decker and his associates are known for racking up the body counts and other general mayhem and Skystorm doesn't disappoint. The action is non-stop but intertwined with levity and emotion. Konkoly has created a dynamic cast of characters that are as endearing as they are lethal.
