I definitely need this book to help myself and coworkers that are new to HR. Thank you NetGalley for providing this book for me to review.

Full of case studies and interviews with senior HR professionals, this book seeks to shine a light on modern HR.
Of course HR is becoming a dated term, but whether you look at it as organisational development, people and culture, or components such as learning and development, the purpose is still the same. People are the heart of an organisation's unique selling proposition and success and need focus.

I would recommend this book to those new to, or wanting to consider, HR as a career. Also for those who are in a HR role which is not adding value and they need some inspiration on what is possible.

Thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for providing me with an advanced reader copy in exchange for an honest review.

This book is bursting full of wonderful and imaginative ideas and strategies. I found the insights hugely beneficial and have already made a huge difference in the workplace and I still have a lot left to implement. Highly recommended for all levels

The format that this arc comes in is not the best but aside trying make it work from a reading perspective, I think this is a great HR book to add to your collection if you are an HR professional!

I've never heard of this author until now but apparently Lars has been presenting at various HR conferences for some time now so shame on me for just now hearing about him.

I like the layout of the book which includes case studies and overall relevant HR information we need as HR professionals during this period of time. I think this is a must read for all HR professionals and business owners.
