A fantastic addition to the True Colors Series. Well written plot and character dynamics. I received an advance ebook from the publisher and Netgalley and this is my unbiased review.

Stella suffers from severe migraines. She would do just about anything to not have them. There are days she can't function and stays in bed. When she discovers and reads a book by Dr. Hazzard, she decides to go to her clinic in hope of finding relief from her ailment.
Being there is nothing like she imagined. The patients are Literally starved. They gi weeks with out food and endure hours of enema treatments.
What she sees, hears and discovers about the people who run the clinic could be the last thing she does.
Strong characters and great story. Written about some actual people and events that occurred.

I had not read an of the authors work so I was unsure of what to expect. I chose this because I'm enjoying the 'True colours, True crime" series. These are only a series based on the fact that they are fictionalised versions of real crimes. This means that they can be read independently.

In some ways the way that the murders were written about made it hard to read (my imagination was adept at picturing the scene) but what the murdered people went through was horrific. However, the book was well written and I did enjoy reading it (apart from the afore mentioned imagination on my part).

I will be reading more from this author. This author and the series are worth a read. I got this book in exchange for a free honest review.

"Sometimes you just have to stand still and face what comes head on. And trust that God will guide you." Stand still.
This is so very true. You can't keep running away because eventually it will catch up with you. Secrets will come out.
It's always best to face your problems head on because this way it will give you a peace of mind.
This book is the weirdest and best one yet.
They just keep getting darker and darker with each book in this series. That's OK because this is my favorite series by far. I have learned so many new things from this awesome series.
I felt sorry for Stella. I can relate to her through her many migraines and all. I still admired her courage through her endurance and trials..
Yes, I didn't care for Dr. Hazzard and I'll leave it at that.
There are some surprises in this story that I never saw coming and those are what I like in a book.
This story will keep you riveted to your seat to see what happens next.
Trust me it didn't disappoint.
I recommend this to those are loving this series or for new readers that are sure enjoy this series.
My thanks to Barbour publishing for a copy of this book. I was NOT required to write a positive review. All opinions are my own.
