Excellent cookbook! I know how much a cookbook excites me by how many little slips of paper I add to it as bookmarks. This book has so many recipes that I want to try. I have already made two and they both got rave reviews. The Chicken Paillard with Caper Butter sauce was easy to make and so flavorful. I also made the Slow Cooker Coq Au Vin which was also easy and had the most delicious broth. I love finding good slow cooker recipes as it makes my life as a working mom that much easier. I can't wait to try more recipes.

I highly recommend this cookbook!

Antoni! Always bubbly and enjoyable. This cookbook is a breath of fresh air with new recipes that I have yet to encounter. This is a perfect book for the cook in your life. I would definitely purchase this for a friend. The photographs were also exquisitely taken!

I love Antoni from his time on Queer Eye so I needed to try out his recipes and boy was I not disappointed. His recipes are delicious, but also not crazy difficult — which I feel like is Antoni's brand. I mean his most famous Queer Eye recipe is his guac, which is such an easy staple. His comfort food pasta dishes, like baked mac and cheese, but also his chorizo recipe was so good!

This is a beautiful cookbook and the recipes sound delicious. That being said, for many of us this is a “read but not use” type of cookbook. The recipes can get quite difficult and the ingredients are not readily available to a large portion of the population. If you do find them, be prepared to sell an organ. If Antoni and I do dinner, he’ll need to be the one treating. Even with the downsides it’s a fun read!

Let's Do Dinner showcases some fairly simple recipes perfect for a casual and delicious weeknight meal. Some of the ingredient combinations were ones I wouldn't have thought of, but sounded delicious as I started reading the cookbook. This is a great book for someone getting into a weeknight cooking rut and wanting to expand their recipe base.

Thank you to Mariner Books and to Netgalley for the ARC. All opinions are my own.

I was really looking forward to this one, but the formatting for kindle in this arc made it almost unreadable. From what I could see, some of the recipes seemed interesting. I wish I could have tried it!

I love Antoni, and enjoyed the recipes I tried from his first cookbook. I was lucky enough to receive an ARC from the publisher in exchange for an honest review. The recipes in here looked delicious. I tried the Polish Banh Mi, the Chicken with Grapes and Rosemary, and the Miso Soup with Soba Noodles and Greens. All were amazing! There are so many more I want to try. Will post full review with pictures soon!

Naturally I was attracted to the book after following the Antoni on Queer Eye. I love his simple work.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading the book, getting easy ideas and updates to traditional foods and the meals are packed with flavor and originality.

I will be purchasing the hardcopy. Thanks so much to the author, publisher and #Netgalley for the opportunity to read this in exchange for an honest review.

This book is full of healthy and delicious recipes. The ones I’ve tried so far were really quick and easy to make, and it was never expensive or challenging to find any of the ingredients. The recipes were unique enough that you wouldn’t be able to find them anywhere else, which makes this book worth buying!

This is a gorgeous, well-put-together cookbook, filled with delicious-sounding recipes and beautiful photographs. It leans a little toward the foodie side for my budget and tastes, but I love how adventurous it is in combining flavors! There are quite a few recipes I can't wait to try, like the ginger-curry glazed carrots! If you're a foodie, or have a foodie on your gift list, this will make a lovely addition to anyone's cookbook shelf!

Antoni: Let's Do Dinner by Antoni Porowski had a wonderful selection of delicious, healthy, and mostly easy recipes.

The formatting was a bit hard to get through on the Kindle edition given, but overall things seemed easy and tasty. Many had quite a few ingredients. Most are things I keep around the house, but for people who don't cook a lot, I don't know how many of them they might have. A few of the recipes seemed a bit more upscale or expensive. I think some readers or couples might enjoy those for a nicer occasion or as a treat. For my husband and I who love to cook together this is perfect for us. We love to do a lot of basic meals, and then a few times a month we do something a little more elaborate, challenging, or special.

I have requested this book at my local library, and it I enjoy the print copy, I plan on adding it to my small selection of cookbooks.

5 Stars for Me. Overall four stars for some of the points I mentioned above.

I received an eARC from Mariner Books through NetGalley. All opinions are 100% my own.

This book was filled with mouth watering recipes and the photographs made me want to try everything. Though obviously my cooking skills aren't at Antoni's level I gave it a good go and now have new recipes in my kitchen binder

I received a copy of this book via netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

As yummy as some of these recipes sound and look. Not all of them seem very practical for everyday dinners. Maybe for a nicer dinner.

Five stars!
In the blurb for Let’s Do Dinner, Antoni Porowski promises us clean protein and lots of vegetables with a bit of carbs and decadence. He definitely delivers all of that in this cookbook. There are plenty of fairly straightforward recipes with “regular'' easy to find ingredients and beautiful photography. I love his personal, friendly tone, as well as his helpful pantry stocking suggestions. I’m already planning which of these recipes to try first -- I know many of them will find their way into my family’s regular meal rotation. In fact, those French-Canadian Beans and Greens will be happening this week, as will the Old Bay Sweet Potatoes. Not only will I be revisiting this cookbook often, but I will also be picking up Antoni’s first cookbook, Antoni in the Kitchen, as soon as possible. I’m not sure why I missed that!

I am so grateful to Houghton Mifflin Harcourt/Mariner Books and Netgalley for providing me with the opportunity to read and review Let’s Do Dinner!
